They very rarely have hot and ready pizzas like they advertise. It takes over 30 minutes to get a pizza. The pizza is not very good most of the time. Giving 3 stars for food for the few times it is actually good.

Cheese pulls are awesome!!! They get a little busy since being under new management so sometimes the waits a little longer especially if I order something they don’t typically keep prepped; but it’s always sooo good! Everytime I go Jennifer, Thomas, Daniel, and ismeal (I think I spelled that right) are always so sweet! I visited the Ft. Payne location to get a pickup…. Never again! I have videos where the lobby was so full we couldn’t move… employees weren’t The nicest, so from now on… I’ll be staying at my local store

Waited 30 minutes in my car and went inside because people who were behind me got their orders before my friends and I and the employees didn’t come to the counter when they made eye contact, they ignored me for ten minutes. I just walked out.

I have never seen a slower service in any restaurant, especially a pizzeria. I also received a subpar product.
The Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza was lacking in pepperoni and sauce. The older, heavy white guy prepping the food had a very, “I hate my job” attitude as he slowly placed each pepperoni knowing he was shorting the customer’s order, my order.
The rest of the employees seem to be trying to make it happen in spite of him.
I am not sure I would ever spend my money here again or waste my time, 51 minutes to prepare my order.
