I tried to order through the app today and it wasn’t working so I called and placed a call-in order instead. I believe Alex may have helped me on the phone as well as in the store. He was fantastic. Very friendly and kind. We were given a pepperoni instead of a three meat pizza, went back in and he promptly got one in the oven for us. He also insisted on a free 2 liter for the inconvenience. Definitely need to have more like him working.

Year ago I gave this Little Caesars a 5-star review, but that has drastically changed now. I can’t remember the last time I went in and was able to actually get a “hot-n-ready” pizza. While they advertise it all over the place, they never have them in my experience.
Then there’s today. I ordered a “hot-n-ready” cheese pizza with an order of crazy bread. Even though it was 12:30pm (lunch period) neither were on hand. I was told the only thing they had available was a pepperoni that was about to come out of the oven. After waiting 15mins for my order, I was out the door and headed to the park so my kids could enjoy a pizza and play. Got to the park and discovered that the order of crazy bread that should have been fresh was a wad of undercooked dough wrapped up in 1,000 pieces of paper. Honestly, looks like it was something someone was about to throw in the trash and instead gave to me. You can view the pictures and determine for yourselves what went wrong.
To their credit, when I returned to the store to talk to someone about it, the guy behind the counter didn’t hesitate to apologize and refund me the total of my entire order.
All of that to say that I would not recommend this Little Caesars to anyone. Not just because of this visit, but random visits over the past couple of years that have produced similar results.

My son loves the ham pizza was fresh and hot. The wings was good. Fresh too. Seasoned just right. The only issue I had was the cooking area when I looked back there was a mess floor dirty counters a mess the workers looked sloppy as in attire..I believe one guy had crocs on..like really. I remember non slip shoes was a must to work in fast food or restaurants.

Atmosphere is BLAH! Most of the time the employees there are super nice, and I believe there needs to be another little Caesars in this town because this one’s taking on a lot I deliver food and I order food for dinner. There needs to be a number two in Athens Alabama lol. Oh yeah PS the best Caesar ranch sauce ever.

You’d think when you spend $60 to $70 at a place, they could at least give you a complementary sauce. Get 3 orders of crazy bread & they give me 1 marinara. Like that’s enough lol. Had to buy it to get another one. Ain’t nothing free anymore, no matter how much money you spend.

Im so tired of this place. Probably wont be back for a long time. I ordered here today because I like the extra most bestest pizza with all the cheese.
I sat and heard my fiance order an extra most bestest, stuff crust with beef. I dont know what the issue is lately, but they do NOT put the cheese and toppings like they are supposed too. I had to look up other videos of the same pizza to make sure I wasn’t tripping.
This has happened several times before and I brushed it off, but tonight was the last straw. Im not paying extra for the same amount of cheese and meat on my pizza. I had my fiance go in because I thought it was going to be the guy I spoke too earlier.
Anyway, they remade the pizza, not much better but said we owed for the extra cheese, obviously pissed we had them fix it. They said we didn’t order the extra most bestest but I clearly heard him say it. Also, I didn’t get a receipt the first time I paid.
So my fiance used his card and she said it was 13 cent short and had a smirk on her face. My fiance went to get the change and I told her this has been an on going problem that the pizza didn’t have all the cheese. She replied snarkingly saying “You didn’t pay for extra cheese because you got the regular pizza. (We didn’t) I honestly will be ordering something from Domino’s tonight because I just cant bring myself to eat this pizza. I don’t trust them with the smirks they had on their faces. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a beef pizza with extra ccheese. Then you implied we didn’t have money and implied that we were trying to get over basically when yall messed the order up. I WILL be calling corporate.

I called in my order for two large pizzas, (1) supreme with no mushrooms and (1) three meat with pepperoni, sausage and bacon. I sent my son to pick up the pizza and when he got back the order was wrong. I tried to call multiple times and the line was busy. I even called the next day and was unable to get through. I submitted a form online with pictures and still have not heard back regarding my situation. I normally have a good experience but this time has definitely burned me with them!

The pretzel pizza is one of the BEST things to ever come to Little Caesar’s. However, it is disgusting with the pizza sauce rather than the INTENDED cheese sauce. Why has this restaurant been out of cheese sauce for over a month when the restaurants in surrounding cities have it? Also, when you order stuffed crust on the app and the restaurant is out, they don’t tell you, don’t give back the extra money YOU PAID for the stuffed crust. They just hand you a regular crust pizza and act like that’s acceptable business practice. This place is not what it used to be and I wouldn’t recommend it to a dog.

I will start this review out with I have given this place many of chances to fix this.
Everytime I order from this place i order with extra cheese..every single time but have I got extra cheese? NO..every single time! I have gotten half the pizza with only sauce and no cheese. Tonight I thought lets give them another chance so i ordered extra cheese w ham and pineapples. When I recieved the order there were only 5 pineapples that were literally only in the center of the pizza and hardly any ham. I am not the one to leave a negative review. I have given this place so many chances but its the same thing evertime.
I will say it’s not taste. Its the fact I pay for extra for cheese and I dont ever get it..
