Family owned coffee kiosk located in the lobby of the Crowne Plaza Aire. Serving hand crafted, barista inspired, latte’s, cappuccino’s, energy drinks and much more! Note from owner: To provide the fastest, most efficient service to our guests we are open 7am to 1pm daily however; we are in a hotel lobby and do extended hours to accommodate onsite events. Wow! I went in to spend my money in a place that I personally feels deserves it more than Starbucks. What a TREAT! I got a chai, a ham and cheese croissant, and a vanilla chocolate chip muffin. I could taste that it was all made with love <3 The owner and her daughter were so warm and welcoming and patient as I figured out what I wanted.
This place feels like a secret hidden gem! Definitely check it out! Fairly priced as well. I would have spent more at Starbucks for the same options. 500/10 stars!

Delicious and made with love! I had the Chai latte with sugar free caramel syrup and the green eggs and ham sandwich. It was great. Service was excellent. The owner was so sweet and advised to put cream cheese on the sandwich. Supreme!!

Wow! My husband and I found Cupboard Coffee Boutique while staying across the street at Embassy Suites for an extended stay.
We appreciate really good coffee and Cupboard Coffee. Boutique does not disappoint! During our long stay, we had their coffee and breakfast sandwiches several times. We were so impressed by the care and passion that the owner, Tameeka, and her daughter, Danayah, have for serving their customers.
Tameeka shared her background and how she started the coffee shop. Her descriptions of her sandwich offerings made us even more hungry just by listening to her. Danayah, just as passionate, told us about the crema of the coffee and its hallmark in good coffee. Their passion for brewing coffee made our visits an experience!
The coffee was delicious. I had a mocha, and my husband had brewed coffee. We had the same breakfast sandwich each time we went: Green eggs and ham. It’s very flavorful.
We hope they are still there the next time we visit Minnesota!

Cute little coffee shop inside the hotel with free parking in the ramp across the street.
Plain Jane bagel sandwich was delish! I also tried the churro latte and I would highly recommend. It was perfect and not too sweet. The owner was so sweet, so kind, and truly loves her business you can tell.
Be sure to check out the free Northwest Airline History Museum in the hotel by the fitness center after getting some coffee.

Tameeka is one of my new favorite people! This was our first time here, and our drinks were amazing – highly caffeinated – and we had a grilled cheese croissant that tasted like I died and went to heaven. We will definitely be back!

CoffeeCupboard is a hidden gem. The coffee is absolutely delicious — rich, smooth, and wonderfully full-bodied with a buttery finish. It’s located inside the hotel, and honestly, the coffee alone is a great reason to stay there. A perfect spot to start the day or enjoy a quiet moment with an exceptional cup of coffee.

I got the Churro Latte and it is amazing. I also got the ham and cheese with munster cheese and that was also delicious. The croissant was perfectly cooked. Not enough great things to say about this place!

Absolutely delicious! I got a peanut brittle latte and it was better than anything i’ve ever had a starbucks or caribou coffee. I’m visiting from out of state and this was the perfect pick me up before a long day of traveling. Staff is extremely patient and answered all of my questions and helped me pick a drink. The employees are very sweet. There was a steady line at 7:30 am but the staff moved quickly and efficiently. you can tell they’re passionate about their job and were trained very well. overall great experience. great drinks and food and awesome staff. 10/10! definitely come by if in the area.
