We don’t eat here often. When my nephew visits, we usually grab pizza for him and my niece because he loves it. Occasionally, if we’re in a hurry and need something quick, we’ll stop by as well.
That said, my husband refuses to go through the window anymore—he’s never had a good experience. The pizza itself is fine, but the service is not. About 4 out of 5 times he’s gone, they haven’t had a Hot-N-Ready pizza available, which is frustrating when that’s the main appeal of stopping in.
The employees we’ve interacted with often seem like they don’t want to be there, and it shows.
Recently, we found the best option is ordering ahead and picking up from the warmer using the code, which has made things much smoother. If we do come back, that’s the route we’ll take

This pizza was not fresh at all and cold. I also sat a the drive through window for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged and I was the only car. Eat here at your own risk

Placed a mobile order, got there and the door was locked. Tried to talk to the cashier when she brought someone’s pizza out and she quickly got an attitude with me about it, telling me I had to go through the drive through. Service was extremely slow

When I arrived to pick up my online order, they told me they were out of dough. 1) just make more dough; they claim to make dough fresh in house every day, so make it. 2) call/email/carrier pigeon to let me know that you aren’t going to have it before I drive across town to let me know. Normally pretty good and hot. But once the pizza gets cold do not reheat in the microwave lol. Staff can sometimes be a bit unhinged at times but overall they are ok at times.

If I could give zero stars I would definitely do so. The customer service is horrible. They told me eight minutes wait on two pizza sausage and pepperoni. I was fine with the wait but the staff requested that I pull out of the drive thru and wait. The way the drive thru runs out to traffic is dangerous and i wasn’t ok with pulling out unless another car was behind me. No car was behind me for at least 10 minutes and they refused to take my order because I didn’t want to to pull out of the drive thru. She refunded my money and tossed my receipt in my car. One of the staff members had their child which looked about seven or eight years old behind counters. The place screams a bad accident waiting to happen.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza on the GrubHub app. I kept waiting for a delivery driver to deliver my order. I had a wonderful delivery driver who tried to pick up my pizza, but she couldn’t get an employee to wait on her and when someone finally did she was told someone already picked up my order. I NEVER received my order and trying to get a refund wasn’t easy either. Those employees who don’t want to work and only want to get paid are costing delivery drivers time and money! My driver wasted her time and money trying to deliver my pizza. I don’t recommend this location and to be certain it’s the one on Old Greensboro and 69S. You’ve been warned!

Placed an order online at 4:45pm. Called 6 times to speak to someone at the store to confirm they received it and could make it. My husband got there at 5:15pm to pick it up and the kid behind the counter said they didn’t have it. Took him asking several different time and getting a manager for them to reconfirm the order and start making it. Took them another 50 minutes to make one pepperoni pizza. I also ordered the new cookie/brownie layered dessert and instead of the box it’s supposed to come in with a square, baked treat, my husband was given a prepackaged row of raw cookie dough (pictured) and sent on his way. I will be calling customer support and reporting this because the service was unbelievably terrible and you cannot give out RAW COOKIE DOUGH to customers!!!!

I ASKED politely for my pizza to be cooked fresh when I pulled up to the window,the girl at the window rolled her eyes and walked to the hot box and pulled out a pizza that was not hot or even warm and set it near the window.Afterwhich she waited and then I asked her was the pizza cooked fresh and hot,at that time she left that pizza and went back in the hot box and gave me another pizza with an attitude,meanwhile she had already taken my payment,otherwise I would have left.When she gave me the 2nd pizza it was old as well ,I asked again could they cook it fresh,since thats what I said in the 1st place.Her attitude was terrible!!! She got the pizza back and stated it would be 15minutesand I said I would wait. After 15 minutes I received a flatbread pizza,meaning it was rolled thin as they could get it, that was as thin as a sheet of paper with very little cheese as a get back for asking for fresh food ..The girl was very nasty with her attitude and so was the man that was with her after I called back to Little Caesars to speak to someonethe man that anwsered the phone was rude and yelled in the phone and hung up in my face.I was polite to them because I didn’t want the negative energy over my food but these people don’t care and they need an attitude adjustment quick!!!!
