Food is great, and the service was nice and friendly, like most Little Caesars I visit. Though this one had a longer than normal waiting period, at least when I was there, the front door was locked, and I could only use the drive-thru. There were a ton of cars in line, but I did not truly mind as I had nowhere else to go at that moment. However, at other times, it would not be the best choice if you have other plans.

OMG. The staffing either needs to be changed, or added to. I am not sure what the problem is but the service was so slow, and they seemed to not have enough staffing. Besides that, the food is pretty good and typically the quality is good.

So I ordered through the online menu only to arrive 20 minutes later to be told that what I ordered was not ready and I had to come inside and then when I got inside and was told them what I ordered they told me they don’t make it but till 2:00 p.m. and they couldn’t give me a refund but they could give me the breadsticks I ordered and a pizza and as you can see the breadsticks look like they’ve been there since 7:00 this morning , drying and hardening to a brick like consistency. And the pizza was not much better I only happen to have the breadsticks to take a picture of because I was going to try and replace some brick on my house

A horrible experience and if the red-headed manager is there avoid they will give away your food and lie about it and then tell you their system didn’t get your order. The store and employees all look dirty and disgusting and this place needs to be shut down according to the health code. Couldn’t even get my food because of their laziness.
UPDATE: They claim they refunded my card but the charge went through meaning not only did I not get my food but funds were stolen as well.

The new Little Ceasers Hot N Ready Pepperoni Cheeser with Fresh Mozzarella & Toasted Asiago – Parmesan Crust is soooo good! I wanted to try it out and I’m so glad I did. Plus. your going to love it. However, the wait is a little long in the drive through. I didn’t use the website (the Portal) to place my order before coming like I normally do. But, it was worth the wait at the location on 406 Valley Avenue, Homewood, Alabama. The service was very good too! Thanks for being open and giving us Fresh Hot Pizza!

I ordered online and this is what I received by way of a “deep dish” cheese pizza! It came with breadsticks that were hard and inedible on one end! It’s ridiculous that I paid for something like this not to mention the lack of care that went into making something that pitiful and sad! I’d rather purchase a frozen grocery store pizza that’s extremely mediocre and it will still have a better quality than what I received this evening! I refused to allow my family to eat this sorry excuse of a pizza and needless to say I will be returning it tomorrow!

The ONLY reason I come to this location is because it’s the closest to my home. Granted the pizza isn’t bad and neither are the cheese sticks BUT customer service leaves something to be desired, to say the least. Also it’s been several times (today included) that I’ve come by here and they’re not open at the designated time. The sign says they open at 10:30 and it’s 10:55 and not only are they NOT open, there’s NOT one person at the store, not even a vehicle. Upper Management needs to step in ASAP!
