Bought 2 pizzas and a ICB tonight. Boxes were almost cold when we got the order and the food inside wasn’t much warmer. Pizza is absolutely burnt and looks to have been cooked hours ago. If there was any pizza sauce on it it has long since dried completely up. iCB was at least edible but it had definitely been cooked for quite some time. If I hadn’t had a raging migraine I would’ve taken it back up there but I had to get some kind of food in my stomach so I choked down what I could but I’m done with this location after tonight.

This place is trash and the management and employees could care less about the quality of food they serve and the accuracy of the orders going out. They gave me the wrong old burnt up pizza, then I had to go inside to get another one, guess what that one was burnt up and cold too. Biggest waist of money. Threw that pizza in the garbage where it belongs. I tried calling several times and a call center in another country tried transferring the call to the Sumiton location and no one ever picked up. I’m done with this location and will never be back. At least Dominos Pizza hires quality employees that take pride in their appearance. Management needs to be fired or retrained. That’s the last $8.24 I’ll ever spend at the Little Cesar’s in Sumiton, AL

Dec 13 I stopped in and ordered a stuffed crust three meat pizza. They were very busy told me it would be 30 minutes. It took an hour and 20 minutes. I understood. I got home and my pizza was completely burnt on over half it was not edible and no cheese in crust because it melted out. I stopped by there last week showed them the picture. They told me that they would replace the pizza. I told them I couldn’t get it right then but I would be back. I went back tonight, the same young lady that told me her manager said to replace it waited on me. I ordered a three meat stuffed crust that they were replacing. An additional three meat stuffed crust and a plain pepperoni. She acknowledged that her manager said they could replace the pizza but said her manager had just ran to Walmart and because I didn’t pick it up that day wasn’t sure if she would still replace it asked me if I could wait for a manager to get back from Walmart I told her to go ahead and fix my order and if her manager said no when she got back that I would just pay for that pizza so I went ahead and paid for the other two pizzas and cheesy bread. I explained to the young lady that I was in a hurry that I didn’t have time to wait for her manager to get back for them to decide whether or not to cook the pizza to go ahead and cook it if she said no, I would just pay for it explained to her multiple times I was in a hurry. While they fixed my order, I ran to the store picked up a few things that I needed came back. She brought out two pizzas and my cheesy bread when I asked for my third pizza was she said her manager said I couldn’t have it replaced any longer. Of course I said well I told you that if that happened I just wanted the pizza and I would pay for it so you fixed it didn’t you and she said no I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t know if you just wanted something for free.
Of course I was irritated. I slammed my car door. I didn’t say anything out of the way I did not cuss, I went and paid for another pizza they said they would fix it. I went back in 15 minutes later. I heard the young girl talking crap about me to the other employees saying that lady that’s throwing a fit over not getting a free pizza. I spoke up and said I was not throwing a fit. I’m irritated because I explained to her I didn’t wanna wait and I would pay for it if I had to a few minutes later one of the other employees said so do you want me to fix this pizza or not? But I was confused. It’s already been 20 minutes. I’m the only person in the store and I paid for a pizza so now it’s been an hour and I was in a hurry.
I went back out to my car when they brought me the pizza. The lady looked at me and real smart said here is your one non-burnt pizza.
I dropped off a pizza to my son. It was a stuffed crust three meat I get home. I open up my pizza and it is a three meat pizza with no stuffed crust so I paid $47 this Saturday for three meat a three meat stuffed cheese, a regular pepperoni And a cheesy bread. On top of the fact that December 13, I paid for a almost $20 pizza that all but two slices got thrown in the garbage.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the 3rd time in like two weeks that I’ve been by there and the employees are sitting outside the restaurant on buckets telling me that they are closed when all the lights and signs are still on. And when I ask why they are closed when the store signage says other wise the response is always “we don’t have anyone to cook”. The service is TERRIBLE, the employees are rude and they choose to randomly clothes the store whenever they feel like it.

Pizza was not cooked all the way. One side rised not the other. Bread sticks had no garlic they were also gooey like bread dough. We couldn’t drive back it was late and to far. Shame on you for ruining our supper. Had to throw the whole thing out. Will not be coming back here. This was horrible service!
