Absolute worst service received. I waited 1hr and 15 minutes for ONE pepperoni pizza and ONE thing of crazy bread. And this is the crazy bread I received??after 30 minutes I went in and She explained no one was there to cut the crazy bread as I’m ACTIVELY watching someone cut it, and still haven’t gotten any and had to wait another 45 minutes as other people are getting there good who got there way after I did. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Waited 50 mins when I have placed a mobile order. They didn’t even update the pizza tracker to tell me that my food was ready. They didn’t even have the courtesy to walk out to my car to tell me it was ready. My food has been under a warmer and it The food was hard. Never coming back here go to a different Little Caesars. If you’re hungry, don’t come to Gardendale location, If you do make sure you order two hours ahead of time of your arrival.

Ordered ahead online… got there at 7:10 to pick it up and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes after already driving 15 minutes to pick it up. Then waited another 15 minutes after pulling back into the drive-through. A pizza and a cheese bread should not take 45 minutes to make. You’re running your business into the ground along with everything else in Gardendale. Needs new management clearly. The Little Caesars in WARRIOR ALABAMA IS TEN TIMES BETTER!! STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. It should not take 53 minutes to make a pizza. I used the app and it said it would take about 30 minutes which is more than normally but it wasn’t too much. I arrived at the store at the estimated time for it to be done. Once arriving I look at the app and apparently the pizza was not even put in the oven yet. It was a little busy there. But it still should not take a singular pizza and an order of crazy bread about an hour to be made. Once I got inside, there were 3 employees just standing there talking and doing nothing. The food tasted alright, nothing extraordinary but not bad.

Besides waiting over an hour for pizza that was ordered at 6:25, received at 6:31, & ready at 7:28; when I asked the lady a question she blatantly ignored me. Place is a joke. Last time I spend my $$ there. Dominos taste better anyway.

Literally the worst service ever. Ordered 7 pizzas for a birthday party and this is what you get. Called and stayed on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to hang up. Do your self a favor and pay the extra few dollars and go somewhere else.

Pizza is never ready on time. Do not bother with scheduling an order for a certain time because they will not start it until you arrive at the location. Highly recommend going to another pizza location. Don’t waste your time here.

First of all this place is disgusting, I came through the drive through the other day and the floor looked disgusting as well as the window looks to be not clean for months there warmers look disgusting as well. . It’s just over all very dirty in there so I can imagine what they do without us seeing. Receipts everywhere on the side of the window. Then we waited over 30 minutes for our pizza and then when we get it it wasn’t even done all the way very doughy. THEY NEVER EVER CUT IT GOOD! I also got the cheese bread and it was so greasy I couldn’t even eat it. As well they never give napkins so that made it worst. It was not good at all. Not to mention that the employees are very rude. They barely say a word not a have a good day nothing. This place should be shut down or get new people. There are no smiling faces no nothing. It’s very sad and I will never be going back there. The pizza literally was in half the moment we picked it up because they didn’t cut it. ♀️

I placed and order. 30 minutes later I came to pick it up and they told me they hadn’t started it yet. I told them I ordered it 30 minutes ago and the lady told me they just received the order even though I got the confirmation. Not happy with the service.
