Food tasted freezer burnt. Nachos we not plentiful especially for the cost. Food was half seasoned and by that I mean on one side of the dish. The bun we had had sesame seeds on one half of it. Eben the BBQ sauce taste of being frozen and unfrozen along woth being freezer burnt. Waitress acted busy but was only speaking with people at the bar… Don’t think I would come back here to eat again.

The hubby and I met here 13 years ago.

We’ve changed, the restaurant has changed… ie no more crazy ladies’ nights lol.

But! One thing hasn’t changed… the amazing food and super sweet staff.

This tortellini is phenomenal!

Love this place! They accommodate celiac customers without complaint! The food is very good and the staff are very friendly. They are under new ownership and the new owners are really doing some amazing things with the public.

Neighborhood restaurant divided into two sections — a steakhouse and a more casual bar/gameroom/music area. Comfortable setting, good food.

When I walked in, it didn’t make me think “steakhouse”. It looked like a typical bar: high top tables, drinks advertised everywhere, etc. There were steaks on the menu, along with a few other bar staples and a few other entrees you might find at any other chain dining restaurant. I ordered a filet, and my wife ordered a spinach artichoke chicken dish. Wow! The steak was really good, and the chicken was amazing. Macaroni and cheese was worth the premium (because these days, that’s what it takes to get actual cheese flavor in macaroni and cheese), the green beans were cooked in bacon grease (a southern comfort food trick). I think I’d have preferred a different seating arrangement, but the food was worth it. And i think they had different seating areas other than the bar; they just weren’t open. I’ll be back.

Walking in, we saw that the decor and ambiance were beautiful and that most of the customers seemed happy to be there with their families, only to be let down by slow service and incorrect orders carried out to us. With the prices, you would think that the service of the employees at this establishment would be FAR better. To top it off, when they fixed my order they grabbed the incorrect item off of my plate with their bare hands. So in conclusion, the food here tastes great! If they get the right food out to you and you’re willing to be very patient. The service, on the other hand, could use some motivation and maybe an experienced lead member.

Decided to try something different so I went here for the first time. Restaurant seating was used for a private room so was seated at the bar. 10 to 15 minute wait for service. Ordered drinks and appetizer. Drinks were furnished quickly and the appetizer was delicious. Main course was served and I realized that I had not received my side that I ordered. Spent 15 minutes trying to catch the bartender’s attention and was finally approached by a waitress who had seen me attempting to flag down the bartender. She was kind enough to bring my side that was only slightly warm. During this time the live entertainment started warming up and playing. It was only 1 guy and the noise he was making was so loud and obnoxious that any enjoyment I was having was simply gone. I can eat a good meal anywhere so I am much more concerned about service. It was almost nonexistent and the final straw was the live entertainment. I won’t be back at this place ever again.

We actually did not eat on this visit… But the employees were very nice. The place is kept clean and appeared to be stocked.

The food that we did see when others ordered looked really good. The plates were nice sized, food filling the plates.

It looked very appetizing, we plan to have a date there. Hopefully soon.

Very hospitable staff.

Awful service. We waited forever to even receive our menus and our server only came to the table when necessary. We waited a good 45 minutes + for our food. One of us didn’t like our meal and didn’t eat anything but a couple bites. No refund was given and no alternative meal was offered. We were given a soda out of flavor so it tasted like carbonated water. We never ended up receiving another by the time we left. And one of us was served an alcoholic drink too strong, the waiter basically told us the bartender made a mistake and said oh well. Weird smell inside. Do not recommend.

Heard good things about the changes at Jilly’s and thought we would give it a try again. Smells great! Unfortunately, they were severely understaffed. The waitress we had was doing her best, but there was a no hostess or any other wait staff on the restaurant side at dinner time on a Friday.
The food was okay, but the menu is really too big to perfect so many dishes. We wilk give it some time and try again in a few months.
