Ready made pizzas available between 4-8, according to the website. Dropped in at 415 to pick up 2 ready made pies. None were ready. Wait was 5-8 minutes, took about 15. Not awful, but not as promised and general attitude was that it wasn’t important.

This Little Caesars location in Indiantown not even deserving a 1 star review!! Very nasty place. The staff has no respect for customers and the level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. Most of the employees are young and clearly not trained well, following right along with the disrespectful attitude set by the manager who seriously lacks self-control and basic customer service skills.
To make things worse, the pizza I received wasn’t even fully cooked. When I brought it to their attention and asked for a solution, they refused to fix the issue. Asking for a refund only made things worse, I was met with rude attitudes and the nastiest response from the staff.
I highly DO NOT recommend this Little Caesars to anyone. If you care about being treated with respect and receiving quality food, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

We order from our local Indiantown, Florida Little Caesars quite a bit. We have never had any problems to speak of, but last Friday night, they showed what they were really like as far as customer service. We ordered our pizza, and went to pick it up. When we checked it before we left, it wasn’t the way we ordered. I took it back in and respectfully told them it wasn’t made the way I ordered. The young man at the front counter immediately took responsibility and apologized. The manger immediately came up and apologized and said he would make it right. When he brought it back, he apologized again and said they would be sure to not make a mistake next time.
We couldn’t have asked for them to be more kind and helpful, and I tried to make sure they knew that.
Good customer service goes such a long way.

This is the best pizza in the area. The pizza and bread sticks are always fresh and hot and the staff has always been friendly. They do have a restroom but more than likely it is for the staff and customers. I assume if you ask, you are more than welcome to use the facility. It’s a small parking lot and easy to miss from the street so slow down when your GPS reveals its nearness.

New crew working here and is a mess! Online ordering doesn’t work, after I arrived they asked for my name and started prepping the order… waste of time.. BTW, this used to be the best branch, the old crew was always on time and correct.

Been to this location twice in the past month or so. Most recently last weekend. I must say the pizza this time was absolutely delicious whereas the first time it was just something to eat nothing to write home about. The girl who made the pizza left it in the oven long enough to cook through whereas the first time was a little doughy. We got half olives and half bacon and the pizza was cooked to perfection. The bacon was perfectly cooked not too crunchy not too soft or fatty. Perfectly cooked and Smokey in flavor and smell.

I made a PICK up order. I paid someone to PICK it up. They have no clue all the items I ordered. But LIttle Caesars did because they received the order and was supposed to get everything ready for PICK up. When driver arrived at my house to drop it off, the first thing I noticed was that my drinks were missing. I called to get a refund. They refused. Said the person should’ve known what I ordered and got it themselves from the fridge. Fine. You are lazy. Whatever. The least you could’ve done sense you have the order in front of you is let them know what to get out of the fridge. By the way, this is the MANAGER refusing to give my refund because they were meal deals. Well he could’ve figured something out considering he didn’t make sure I received my drinks. It gets worse. Pizza taste great. However. Worst wings I’ve ever had and tiny. So I wanted something sweet to get taste out of my mouth. That’s when I realize my desert was also missing. So is that the girls fault that picked up my order as well! I do NOT recommend this location and seems like corporate needs to check into their staff. The other local restaurants in this small town don’t act like this and make sure your order is together for pickup and always trying to please the customer. What a waste of money. Not to mention…. Just ruined my entire mood.
