We order here more often than I like to admit (my kid loves the bouncy ball machine and Little Caesars is one of his faves!). I felt compelled to leave a review because of my experience tonight. I was in the store to pick up my order at around 530 and the place was slammed. There were several people in line and some of them were not happy. But, the staff were all working hard in the back and they were all still very polite and helpful to those customers still waiting. I love this store and have never had an issue with food or service.

The lady up front October 5, 4:30pm didn’t need to give me false information. She said if I place an order for pick up at 4:30 that’s when they start cooking it. When in the world is that ever the case? My email says pick up at 4:30-35 pick up time. If they got behind or just forgot about it cool but do not sit there and lie to my face. Disrespectful. And I was really looking forward to trying the Twix cookie dough brownie.

I was driving down the road and was hungry, so I called in a $5 hot & ready. There not $5 anymore it’s like $7 and some change – lady said it will be about 8 minutes. (They aren’t exactly ready anymore either but it was hot when it was ready) I walked in the door exactly 8 minutes later as they boxed it up. Pizza was good, got my money worth

Normally get hot n ready pizzas once a week for the teenage boys at home. Although we were disappointed today when they wouldn’t accept cash without it being exact change. Normally have a great experience!

Poor service pizza was not hot and ready as advertised. Manager was extremely rude! The guy that claimed to be the manager a couple weeks ago when pizza was not hot and ready as advertised again was in the back making pizza, and the supposed store manager this time refused to give me any info to contact the franchise. He just told me to look up Little Ceasers corporate. Seriously the worst store that I’ve ever been to. Pizza came with cheese missing cheese on half! I have been enjoying Little Ceasers for years but I will never return to this location, and this has almost made me decide to never visit any of their locations again. Do not eat here!!!!!!
