I stopped by today and got a komba with lula kebab. This is my second time here. Respect to the chef. Prepared with Armenian love. Very tasty and juicy! The location is top notch! Convenient ordering system. I ordered in advance – by the time it arrived, everything was ready. It’s hot right away and you can eat it without wasting time. I wish the guys success.

The Lula Kebab is amazing! The location is great also with plenty outdoor spaces to eat, or just get it to go. The owners are amazing people and the staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend them!!

We got the lyulya in lavash very tasty. The meat is juicy, not dry, you can really tell it’s good quality. The potatoes are great too: soft on the inside and nicely crispy on the outside.

I tried everything on the menu and really enjoyed it. The Lula kebab in lavash was juicy and full of flavor with fresh veggies and great sauce. The shish kebab was well-grilled and tender and fries were crispy. Overall, simple menu but everything tastes fresh and delicious. Definitely worth trying!

I think they changed their lulu kebab in lavash recipe. I was there yesterday and it didnt taste as good. It was kind of dry and very spicy. I was not aware that it will be spicy and was not informed either. Not sure if they even have a non spicy option
The carrot in it didn’t make sense to me. The carrot was not inside the lavash, I don’t think when I was there few months ago. Basically it was not as good as it was around September when I was there for the first time. It is an ok meal if you’re hungry and want to try something new.
Staff: Friendly and detailed. She repeated back to me my order to ensure accuracy. Gave me a beeper after I paid for the order. The order was ready within 10 mi or so, not a busy evening at all.
Sitting: outside on beautiful property with ponds and beyond. Gorgeous !!!
