Horrible location I drove from the other end of town while I was on hold for over 20 minutes I walk in and ask the guy at the counter for a manager he’s like oh she’s busy so I ask him while showing him my phone on speaker I asked him is there a reason I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes I said you all just answer the phone and place people on hold and forget about people or you just don’t want to take an order. His response was we are busy. Not one single soul in the lobby but me. Lmao what a joke avoid coming here unless you like disappointment.

If I could leave negative stars, I definitely would on a Sunday evening. I tried to order online and it wouldn’t accept my card. So I decided to call when I called. It went from three computers to a live person who wasn’t even at the store and who couldn’t take my order over the phone. So next best thing was to pull up to the business go inside in order. We went ahead and did that, and the young lady who attended us. Double charged me, and when I asked to get my refund, they said they would have to avoid the whole transaction and recharge me again which made no sense to me. If you’re planning on ordering pizza, or even planning on coming to this place. DO NOT COME HERE. They are scamming, or they just very poorly. Managed shame on the manager, and I want to say shame on corporate for Not, noticing this Location declining Service.

This Little Ceasars is awful. I ordered online and when I got there at the time it told me, my food was not done. I really don’t mind waiting but it was the rude customer service from the manager that was an Indian lady I believe. I understand having a bad day, but I don’t believe in taking it out on your customers. Explain what’s going on instead of being nasty. An explanation and an apology will go a long way.
On top of the rude customer service, my pizza dough was half cooked and mushy.
This is not the little Ceasers I remember. Please do better!

I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni on july 27. The pizza was baked with parchment paper inside. I went into the store today to speak with the manager (after calling and not getting anyone because the phones were down). The manager said they couldnt do anything about it because I threw the pizza away. I showed these pics with her along with the receipt. The same manager worked last night and saw me when i picked the pizza up( even had my receipt) i hope the manager calls me tomorrow, because this needs to get rectified..the casher’s comment about this wasy “it’s just parchment paper”.. simply unacceptable. Even funnier the employ said they doubt writing this would rectify anything… Well, I gueas we will see what come of this..

Grabbed a pep pizza and cheesy bread. I Didn’t check before leaving the store but the box was sealed. Drove home (less than 10 min) and opened the cheesy bread box to overcooked dry crunchy bread. So disappointed. The pizza looked good I just couldn’t eat it because of the pepperoni.

It’s a great little ceases. A bit old but you just grab and go so it’s not a big issue. The pizzas are fantastic and a good deal. I’d go back anytime I’m in town.

This is simply bad pizza, sliced into varies sizes, a 2in wide slice followed by a 4in slice, and undercooked crust for the 1st few inches so that the dough is like warmed up piece of water logged bread with that portion of cheese and pepperoni fall off when you pick it up. Buy a Walmart frozen pizza and save yourself the worst pizza in Polk County.
