Worst order experience. Call center cuts me off (with an attitude mind you) before getting my full address for delivery. Could not get anyone when I tried calling back. Forget getting through to the actual store. Haven’t gotten my order yet but I am fuming so bad I had to write this now.
Update: pizza arrived looking half baked, sloppy and flopping. Delivery had the cold drink in same bag as the hot pizza disappointing is an understatement.

I’m really disappointed with my order today. The pizza I received was undercooked in some areas, burnt in others, and very dry overall. It doesn’t look or taste fresh at all. This is not the quality I expect when ordering from here. I hope management sees this and works on improving consistency and quality because this experience was very frustrating.

He took the order 3 times, and the 3 times he got it wrong! He went inside and said I’ll be right back, and when he came back he have me the SAME BOX! I opened it and it was the same WRONG pizza he had just given me! I had to wait again for the correct pizza. When I ordered, I paid for 2 doing sauces, when I finally got my pizza I said where’s the sauces? He said you have to pay for those, I said I ALREADY PAID FOR THEM. Also, I didn’t get a receipt. He said they were out of napkins too!

Excited to try the new pretzel stuffed crust pizza. Pretty disappointing to get home and see apparently they were out of the item and rather than let me know just over salted a regular crust and threw it in a box. This one really rubs me the wrong way.

Rude service. Driver didn’t speak English and gave my oder to the wrong address. Called Little Caesars back only to make it seem like it was my fault and didn’t try to contact the driver or try to issue a refund or the chance to have another pizza in place of the one given to the wrong address.

I don’t know what the heck this is, but it is by far the worst pizza I’ve ever ordered here. This is not the first time I’ve gotten this, it’s just the first time it was on both pizzas, and this bad.
This is not a mistake, because there is no way they didn’t see this. This is them simply not caring. Cheaper should only apply to the price, otherwise what’s the point?

The price I can’t say is bad. But what is going on in the kitchen. We ordered 2 pizzas one pepperoni with pineapple. Ok that was fine but we also ordered a sausage and onion pizza. I get a pepperoni pizza with sausage and onlion thrown into the middle of it. Is it that hard to make to order?
