After tonight, I highly doubt I’ll visit this establishment again. What’s the point of placing an online order, getting a message that it’s ready, leave home, just to get there and be told the order wasn’t ready? I watched as John took multiple orders, those customers waited. Ironically there orders were prepared before mine. After trying to get John’s attention on multiple occasions he ignored the “excuse me”. His customer service is awful! Eventually got a refund, spoke to Jose the manager and listened to the excuses he made for the issue at hand, which is why my ordered wasn’t ready and still waiting. He admitted to “pushing orders” through, which means padding numbers. I asked for the GM’s name Jose refused that information, and a corporate number. Kids ruining business because they lack knowledge, do better!

Terrible experience, made an online order for pickup and when we went to pick it up, the order had been picked up by someone else who was not us. When we asked for a new pizza or my money back they refused and said that we had to wait till tomorrow. Their solution to our problem was for us to reorder again, when we told them that we did not have money to make another order the manager named Flavia proceeded to say “ well that is not my problem” worst experience and customer service ever. We did take almost an hour to pick the pizza up because we had to pick our son up from school and the worker there said that we had taken too long that after an hour the machine flashes the order red and the pizzas are taken out and thrown away, so did someone else pick the order up or did they throw it away ?

I came in at 1:50 to order 6 hot and ready pizzas. I asked if they had any already made and I was told no. After waiting for 15 minutes I was told that it would be a little longer. During my 30+ minute wait I watched over 5 customers come in and order hot and ready pizzas and left. Then the lady who order 3 pizzas after me got her order before me and left. It’s been 30+ minutes. This order was for students I work with, they asked for pizza and that’s why I’m here. I’m still here now and I feel like by the time I get my order they will be changing classes.
