The only thing I honestly enjoy from here is the Italian cheese bread. I was shocked to find out you now have to buy the marinara sauce separately.

In 40+ years of buying food at restaurants NEVER have I come across an employee as RUDE, LAZY, and ARROGANT as the lady at the counter tonight at the Royal Palm Beach, FL Little Ceasars. Not just me but two other customers that none of us knew each other got the same rudeness from this lady who obviously hates her job and people as well. Little Ceasars needs to step it up and pull video photage from August 5th, 2025 around 21:15 and get this horrible person off of their payroll FAST!

This is the second time I came to this location and they don’t have hot and ready. Pepperoni pizza. What’s the point of this company‘s advertising hot and ready when nothing is ever hot and ready. If I wanted to wait for a pizza to be cooked I would go somewhere That’s way better than this place. The convenience would make you settle. But there’s no convenience here.

The workers have no ambition whatsoever, over 45 minutes waiting for a pizza. No point of a Manager when she can’t even help solve a simple issue with a promo . Ask for a well-done pizza in the pizza tastes horrible half cooked. Service here is horrible even call in orders never done when arriving .

called to place an order and was put on hold. after 5 minutes I decided to drive to the location. was able to drive over and place my order in person before I was ever taken off hold. ridiculous. call auto dropped after 20 minutes. tried to order off app before trying to call in order, app ordering was shut off before 9:30 when store closes at 10.

I asked for it to be well done and it’s completely raw and i put extra sauce but barely any sauce. Even though it’s 5 dollars this pizza sucks. There’s no way this is extra cheese which is what my topping was supposed to be. Little ceasers you used to be good. Why do you suck so bad now? Worst fast food pizza, not even close. Pizza was completely raw. It was supposed to be extra cheese but barely any cheese on it. Wish I could rate a zero.

Horrible place, horrible service. even if you order by phone call when you come to pick upf the order is not ready, and they have to take the order again to make you wait an hour for a pizz crap and the employees with bad mood and bad service towards customers, is for the customers that consume there that the employees have there pay check!!!!
