I’ve been coming to this location months ago and I wanna give an honest opinion about this pizza place. Their attention before was very poor and inconsistent. But today a new worker I never saw before came to me and she attended me kindly and with a smile face to face! she was very welcoming and attentive, not like other workers that I meet at the register while making my order. She even explained me she is just new and that she didn’t knew the item perfectly but even yet she made an effort to explaining me the items. I’m glad they put a new girl on the register who actually knows how to speak English. I’m grateful of your attention and the pizza was amazing as well. I didn’t ask for her name but she had like pink hair on the front of her head side to side I never saw her before at Little Caesars I’m sure she’s a new one but I hope her to stay attending the clients at the front so I can happily go to make my order with her. Thanks for the Management team to be doing a better job with the workers! Today I left happy and being good attended is just priceless! Thank you!

I ordered online and the pizza was put in the oven. I waited more than 20 minutes and went to the store. When I got there they said they didn’t know what happened to my pizza. I had to have my order refunded and I left hungry. This is the third order in a row that I’ve experienced problems. Go to the location on Congress instead of this spot. They are not good at their jobs here.

This is not the first time this is the second time I’ve ordered through the Little Caesars app cheesy bread with pepperoni on top and I have been given a deep dish pizza and I’ve tried to call several times several locations to get this corrected and no one’s answering I cannot drive back up to this at the moment, so how am I gonna get this rectified? I don’t understand what’s so hard about making cheesy bread with pepperoni and not messing it up. The first time I let it go because it was probably a mistake but this is the second time this is ridiculous. If your phone number is wrong, you guys need to update it.

Tried to Place an order online Said there was an unexpected error to contact a restaurant when I spoke with somebody and let them know what was going on. Went to buy a pizza from here requested to get a pizza made to order because this location is notorious for giving me either dry old pizza or a burnt pie and he refused. as usual arrived home and open up to find this atrocious looking thing even though I requested big guy upfront for a fresh one never coming back I understand accidents happen but this would be my 12th time it happens in my location id rather die then to bring my business back here

We order pizza weekly in the evening at this location and it is great. Today at 1:11pm we ordered lunch for the first time: two pizzas and Italian cheese bread. We ordered well done and our pizzas came out barely cooked. When we asked the employee to cook them more she responded with an attitude that they are well done and that is it. Not a care in the world, total disregard for customers and empathy. I feel bad for the owner as we will not be returning due to this uncalled for behavior, s/he needs to terminate this employee immediately. Does this look well done?

We ordered an ultimate supreme with no mushroom, sub black olives. We got it with extra mushroom, no black olives and it wasn’t even cut or cooked fully. Everything is just falling off of it aside from the cheese and pepperoni. I understand it was like 20 minutes til close, but this is so unprofessional and immature. Quit hiring kids with no sense of urgency or care in the world. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 6 years and it’s just irritating that any restaurant I go to anymore is incompetent of simple things. Grow up or get a different job. There’s plenty hiring.

I wanted to leave this review because I just wanted to let everybody know that I love Little Caesars Pizza super fast and very delicious I came into this one today and I just wanted to that their employee Travis is absolutely amazing I’m very outgoing very warm and inviting!! Little Caesars you are very lucky to have Travis he’s a great employee a great person and I will be looking forward to coming in and getting more pizza and saying hi to him thank you Travis!!!
