The crew working when I came in around 2:45 pm were absolutely fantastic. Greeted me when I walked in, very polite and talking about how they love their jobs because they are having a spirit week and dress differently each day with the theme. Food was great but staff even better. Great job and thank you, I’ll be back more now.

Probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had! Avoid this place if you can! We also got a sandwich that was $12.49 and our total was $24.42. Asked the girl that was checking us out, and shes like oh thats the taxes. You mean we are paying an additional $11 and some change in taxes??? I tried to tell her that cant be it, but she just kept saying thats how taxes are now.. ridiculous!!! Go to Subway or jimmy johns. It’s 100x better there, better food, and better. And you will have more options.

The food is great, if I were to grade the bread, I would say best out of all. Service a 3 star only because person running register did nit knkw how gloves worked. Taken money, touching screen, and then handling the food all with same gloves is not how that ia supposed to work.

My wife and I stopped in there to pick up sandwiches to take home and the sandwiches were good as always, but the employees acted like they did not want to be there. They did a good job making the sandwiches but we’re not very friendly and if they don’t like their job, why don’t they go somewhere else?.

Staff is extremely lazy i asked for a meatball sub and they claimed there oven was broken when it said off / cool down and was clearly not broken. Aside from having lazy workers who don’t want to do their job the rest of the establishment is fine.

When we walked up to the “order here” spot and employee was cutting peppers on the slicer and says she cut her hand and keeps going and tells us she’ll be with us in a few minutes. 2 more employees walk out, check stuff, and go back in the back. Then the 1st employee starts picking up the peppers and put them into a container stating “i think I lost a nail in there, I’ll need to look for that” meanwhile we haven’t been helped and the slicer hasn’t been cleaned since she cut her hand. Then after 5 minutes she took our order and called to those same other 2 employees to make our food and ring us up.
