I ordered 20 box of plain classic pizza and they gave me pickup time at 1:15pm I went at the store at 1:23pm but still half of them were not ready. I ordered this for people to serve before 2:00pm.. its literally frustrated me a lot. I don’t blame employees only two working in the store but ordering time they can tell us we cant do at 1:15pm..☠️

First off, we never received our order. Had several door dash drivers sent to pick it up. Supposedly it was given to someone else. After 3 hours of being guaranteed our order was being remade, my wife reached the store just to be told we couldn’t be helped because NO ONE THERE SPEAKS ENGLISH.. In America we couldn’t get a pizza because there wasn’t a soul in the building that SPOKE ENGLISH.. I understand this is Miami, but this is still the United States and I feel we should be able to eat anywhere my family chooses without having to learn a another language. Especially a supposed American establishment.

I went into this place today to get my kids 2 large pizzas etc. Never have I had a problem with anyone or anything about this particular restaurant until today. I went in very nice I ordered my food, after the young lady she turned around and grabbed 2 pizzas out of the steamer that had been sitting and I could tell it had been sitting by looking at it. I told the lady that I wanted my fresh & I will wait patiently, the room changed! She said they are fresh! Took the pizza boxes slammed them on the counter took them to the back and put the same pizzas in the oven with more topping and gave them back too. At the time I wasn’t paying attention that she would really do that after I asked her nicely twice that I had NO problem waiting on new ones. I went back and come to find out she’s the store manager not sure if she is over worked & under paid but if she is what a store manager looks like we have a problem Houston‼️ all I could say was WOW fresh out the oven yeah right! It was wet under and hard on the Top

I visited Little Caesars because I was in the area with a coupon. The slices n stix and chicken wings were hot and ready when I arrived. The bread stix was seasoned to perfection, and the wings were good.

Place needs new managers. Every time I place an order it’s never on time I placed on an hour ago and it’s still not ready. They never update the app to let u know it’s ready. Pizza is never in the online order pickup place so pizza gets cold. Also ask for BBQ WINGS…. They put a small drop on my wings.

HE MUST HELP WITH EXISTING ORDER, PEOPLE IS WAITING MORE THAN 1 HOUR.
No brains or no training, but i am sure they don’t have common sense.

Order: Crazy bread (1), Crazy sauce (1), Cheese sauce (1), Pepperoni extramostbestest with stuffed crust (1), 2L of Sierra Mist (1)
Food: 4/5 The pizza and bread sticks were awesome, but the crazy sauce was missing and the cheese sauce just isn’t very good (no fault of the employees)
Service: 5/5 Customer service reps were super nice and helpful! Great experience here!

Ordered a very sad looking Extramostbestest cheese pizza yesterday 9/19 @ 8:45pm and it had no sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. Long story short, it was dry and inedible – and ultimately, ended up in the trash. I do not recommend ordering from this location.
