I came to Little Caesars at 11:30 PM, 30 minutes before closing, and the service was terrible. My girlfriend tried to order a pizza with old pepperoni and was told they only do that for online orders — which is not true. Then I went inside, and the same employee (who already had an attitude) told me he was new and didn’t know how to take the order.
If you’re working somewhere, especially close to closing time, at least have basic training and customer service. The attitude and lack of professionalism say a lot about how this place is run. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

Slowest service ever, avoid if possible, pickup takes 30 minutes after order is ready since they decide at random to not use pickup kiosk. Pizza flavor texture and bake are great vs other little caesars.

Usually, this location is fine, so I’ll probably update my rating soon, but today was a disaster. I pre-ordered and came in and waited about half an hour. One poor employee working as hard as she could to do everything while another was sitting out in the lobby, chatting her a buddy… in the middle of lunch hour. Bad day to the Ceasar.

Just please do not even order from here, or online. Go someplace else. I was waiting for one hour alongside so many other people just for one pizza. One pizza. Cashier was not even present. He would go to the back and disappear. Waste of time.
