The Flagler and 37th location prepares all the food with out gloves. I watched a female handle separating the pepperoni for pizzas with out gloves, touching them with her hands one by one to put in a tray for the pizza makers. I observed another female preparing the shredded cheese literally using bare hands to put in a measuring cup, and take out of it what was over, several times. The guy preparing the crusts to bake also kneeded the dough with bare hands. Not one employee used gloves in any step of the preparation. Sunday 1/25/26 5:45 pm.

This is a fast-food pizza place. But it really does have bang for your buck, and they take the term “hot and ready” seriously. I was in and out in 5 minutes; you can’t really beat that when looking for a cheap, quick bite. It was $12 total for wings and a pizza. The staff was nice, and the restaurant was clean.

Excellent service from Laura the manager. We had a mix up with our order so I contacted the store via email. She responded quickly and resolved the issue with ease. When I returned to pick up the order, the staff was very professional and courteous.

If i could i leave 0 stars the pizza and bread everthing was horrible the pizza was burnt and the bread uncooked and the pizza with the stuff crust was horrible cheese wasn’t proper cooked i would like my money back i could even eat the pizza with my family i would never order from here this lady yamarelis was speaking and she didn’t practically wanted give me my refund back horrible service need new managers there new team because how is a manager going to let such a bad pizza and product come out like that give it to the customers!!

Honestly, I’m shocked at how they just sent this pizza to me. It’s ridiculous. We pay money to get our food done correctly and professionally. It’s not appetizing to even eat it. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves to give that to a customer. Never again will I order from this place. It’s not worth my time and money. I can do a better pizza than that. This is my local store.
It needs better personnel and support staff.
My 3- Meat Pizza was a hot mess with all the ingredients thrown in the middle.
This is not the first time this has occurred with pizzas from this location.
They are poorly staffed and you might as well call in your oder so as to at least warn them what you expect because they do not follow company protocols.
I’ve spoken to the store manager before and it’s futile because she’s not there most of the time to supervise her revolving employees which don’t stay very long.
We like Little Caesars Pizza for their flavor , choice of toppings , variety of crusts and their add ons to the menu such as desserts and drinks.
Please try harder than having my Pizza look like it was made by a disgruntled teenager.

I was very disappointed. We ordered the pretzel crust pizza and it was inedible. The pizza was stale, must of been sitting out for hours. I tried calling them to let them know and I was immediately placed on hold. After waiting about 1/2 he I decided to hang up. The owner of this store should look into the staff working at the store. It’s a shame for the business to have this type of feedback because of the employees working there.

This Little Ceasar on 37th and West Flagler is by far the Best in “Little Havana!” Let me tell you something – these are some of the most Nicest people we have ever encountered in our Lives! It feels great being helped by such Educated people full of Positive Energy who speak both English and Spanish Fluently. We absolutely love the underall Cleanliness of the establishment, accessible bathroom for All Customers (paying or non-paying), and they always have hand sanitizer on deck – Fully Loaded. We’ve been to many Little Ceasars in the area, and this one has the most variety of Sauces – hands up. They are very Safe and Professional here because they actually use Masks, Gloves, and Sanitize every station in the back. Rest assured, knowing that your food is Safe back there because they definitely have Working Cameras installed. They don’t do any bad things to your food, and they Never talk about you in Spanish (unlike other nearby establishments). Shorter lines in Reversal – you’ll be out in no time! Thanks to the cashier “Lazaro,” (We think is his name because that’s what the women in the back kept screaming) because he really is the best of the best!
