I order the new pretzel pizza and it was nasty ,so salty no one can’t enjoy this pizza. Also customer service has no ethics I called the store to let them know and the only thing the lady said is that the pizza is salty and if I didn’t like it not to order it anymore . I am amazed that stores have people like that working

Incredible, ordered through app and was supposed to enter a code to pickup, but even waiting outside of the store for 30 min to have it ready, when I went inside and asked for my order due to was not on screen, was told that I picked up. Was even accused that I gave the code to other one by who seemed was the manager. Well long story short, was told that they will replace it, waited another 20 min, no show. No regret from the employees. Decided to cancel, that was since the start, what I should had done. Location, has an horrible service, they hand out order to costumers that should scan or type in code. No wonder they gave the order to somebody else. Another place that I will not go again.

The waiting time is ridiculous. I have to wait 30-35 minutes while waiting in a cramped room full of customers who are also complaining that it’s taking so long. I was told 10 minute wait time. After 10 minutes, for whatever reason they had to start my pizza from scratch again… This location is extremely unmaintained and has VERY poor management. Sometimes they DONT accept credit or debit cards, and they tell customers to go get cash back at the publix next door. Im writing this review while as Im waiting and Im watching a frustrated woman complaining that her order isn’t correct. It’s like customer after customer is having a problem with their order here.

I have been shopping at Little Caesars for over 20 years and I’ve always gone to the same one and over the past few years the Quality of the service and the food has diminished hysterically today it was one of the worst I was in the store for over an hour everybody look like they were lost when they were trying to do the orders they were over 10 people within the store everybody’s orders were behind one of the workers that was at the register kept opening and closing the same box trying to make sure she had the right order they don’t look like they’re properly trained I want to ask The Manager was there not trying to be a Karen but to see if I can get a job to improve the location she said the manager was not on the location this is very sad and very unprofessional

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your establishment. I recently visited your premises with the expectation of enjoying a hot and ready item, as advertised. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.

I waited for a prolonged period of 25 minutes before any attention was given to me. It was only when I proactively inquired about my order that the staff finally acknowledged my presence. To my astonishment, I observed my order sitting on the counter for a significant five minutes before being served. This blatant disregard for customer service and professionalism is completely unacceptable.

As a customer, I rely on your establishment to deliver on the promises made in your advertisements. The fact that I had to actively seek assistance and was overlooked for such a substantial amount of time is an indication of a severe lack of attention to customer needs.

I cannot stress enough how disheartening and frustrating this experience was for me. I had high expectations for your establishment and was let down in every aspect of the service I received. It is crucial for a business to prioritize customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, my encounter with your staff failed to meet even the most basic standards.

The worse customer service ever! If you want to get your food from this place you have to go there and place it and pick it up. Otherwise your delivery never arrive! They will cancel your DoorDash orders over and over again. The worst!!!!

Employee smoking outside front door, walk straight back to work to prepare pizza, and never wash his hands, I replied to the young lady on front at the cashier, and she ignored my reply, just cancel my order and walk away.
