I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Little Caesars. I observed an employee coming in directly from the dumpster area and handling tasks without washing his hands, which is a serious hygiene concern.
When I asked about my order, the employee responded with an unprofessional attitude, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the food was also not well prepared, which added to my concerns.
I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve hygiene practices and customer service.

Just moved nearby and, after decades away (mostly getting pizzas at neighborhood stores), we thought we’d try LCs for takeout. Pepperoni & Sausage pizza was delicious, cooked just right, and looked great. The reason for the service downgrade is I caught some attitude from the person who “welcomed” me. As it was my first time here and doing a pickup, I didn’t know of the procedure – you enter a 3 digit code they’ve emailed you. So I got grumbled the instructions, rather than “Nice to see you, welcome to LCs”. First impressions are everything and a mom & pops local place would have been more likely to warmly greet you.
Bottom line – will most likely return, for the food not the service.

False advertising! I ordered an Old World peperoni pizza that says it has OVER 100 peperoni. It did not. No where near 100. The pizza was lacking flavor, and the “puffs” were dry and overcooked and also lacked flavor. I wish I had never wasted my money. And the older gentleman who helped me at the store was so transactional. Be friendly and warm with customers.

Absolutely horrible. Have been ordering from this location for 8 years. The last few times were just so substandard. A crappy high school cafeteria pizza would be better than this. Tonight was the last time. You guys need to get your act together.

Ordered pizza on the website to be delivered. When I got it, it was warm, not hot. And I was missing stuff. When I called them about it, they got extremely rude about it. Pretty much saying it was my fault for ordering it and not picking it up myself. Im in works on trying to get my money back. I would not recommend you going there. There are much better pizza places around town..

Grandkids wanted a pizza. I stopped in to get them what they wanted. The guy behind the counter was rude, obnoxiously unpleasant, and overwhelming unapproachable. Won’t go into too much detail as far as the exchange of words. I left and went to dominos and got my babies what they wanted so I didn’thave to hear them complain at home. If you’re going to work in the food industry. Customer service and the way you talk to people has to be a priority in business. I choose where I want my money to be spent. Not the other way around. Never going back to this location again. Not even if it was FREE!!!

If you’re hungry and considering Little Caesars delivery—don’t. I ordered food for my family, money came out instantly, but the food? Never showed up. Instead, I got a random text saying my order was canceled after they apparently gave my pizza away.
Called the store, and the manager was dismissive, rude, and acted like it wasn’t their problem. DoorDash blamed Little Caesars, Little Caesars blamed DoorDash—meanwhile, I’m out dinner AND my money, which I now have to wait 7–10 days to get back. Newsflash: people order food with the money they actually need to EAT, not for a fun little “pending charge” experiment.
Corporate greed at its finest: take the money, don’t deliver the food, and shrug at the customer. If this is how they treat paying families, they should change the slogan from “Hot-N-Ready” to “Cold-N-Canceled.”

My sister ordered 10 pizzas for a birthday party. They were on time ready and hot when we picked them up. Staff was friendly and answered any questions we had about other menu items.
