I went in there because I had a Tuesday coupon for T-Mobile which he explained how to be used online so I said okay give me a minute I’ll place the order well I tried several times it would not take my credit card except call the store so I told the store that they refused to honor my coupon wouldn’t offer any other offer I’m a store manager if I can’t take a coupon customer has I tried off from at least bare minimum a 10% discount cuz I don’t want my customer walking out on top of that they no longer carry parmesan shredded cheese packets because they don’t want to get away anything for free they’re charging $1.75 for a sign of ranch or any other sauces which is ridiculous I’m a store manager I know what it cost the store for a case of that they’re only charging then 5 cents per sauce that’s a huge markup at pizza cost at most 50 cents to make but they were going to let me walk out that offer me some kind of discount very disappointed I will be calling corporate in the morning and a woman behind the counter she was just playing rude the manager he was okay but he still didn’t offer anything if I was the manager on duty I would fire that cashier really that particular store needs new management. Because they ran like crap you have to wait every time you come in and in their overcharging for everything and then when you pay for the extra pepperoni and cheese $8 Pizza it’s the same as the regular pizza they don’t budge any at this location I don’t recommend this location to anybody if I was offered the job I’m looking for a second job I would run that store so much better

Bro, I was picking up a pie today, and a full on kung fu movie broke out!
This guy busted in, and said one of the drivers had cut him off in traffic, demanded to see the driver.
The driver comes out, the guy pulls out a knife, takes a swing at the kid – all of a sudden the manager blocks the stab, karate kicks the guy in the chest, he goes flying, blood spraying out of his mouth, craziest thng since their bread.
I said to the manager “You saved that driver’s life” manager dusts himself off, says “This is Little Caesar’s we keep it hot and ready”

For the money not a bad pizza. The $9 5 meat was very good. It’s much better if you take it home and cook it a bit more. I like to take a couple of slices and pop then in the toaster oven for a bit. Put a little butter and garlic powder on the crust and its ready to go.

I have not had Little Caesars in 25 years.. Thought I would give it a go. Just received a delivery order and not quite sure what planet the cook was on when they cut this pizza. It was not slices, it was not a square. It was as if a 4 year old was given a butter knife and sort of hacked it around in random places.
It tastes NOTHING like I remember. Back in the day you got a long rectangle pizza, usually buy one get one and the ingredients were really good, the flavor was more than palpable. The crust tasted nice.
I opted for thin crust. Subpar ingredients on cardboard essentially. I might as well have eaten the box with some cheese on it. The “crazy bread” had an odd after taste.
Another place ruined for me and better left with the memories of the really good pizza it used to be waaaay back when.

they charged me for butter and parm but put NO butter on and like 3 specs of parm. I told them to correct their mistake and give me more parm. the man Caleb begins lying telling me he put it on there when it was obvious that he did not, and begin telling me he’s going to charge me more when I get this all the time and have been told by multiple people that the Parmesan charge is the same whether you want extra, light or a regular amount. He begins saying just lastnight the system was changed and they stopped doing that and he’s gonna have to charge me as if they already didn’t charge me and NOT give me what I paid for. I come to this location every week. But I will never go back now. the disrespect, the lying and trying to scam people out of their money and not giving ppl WHAT THEY PAID FOR is unacceptable. also, sometimes the pizzas have like almost no sauce and you have to tell them to make sure they use the correct amount. do not support this location. They lost a loyal customer trying to cheat me out of what I paid for, and lying about prices.

Ordered stuffed crust and they gave regular crust. When we called and told them, they knew cause they’re out of the cheese. Said they gave it to others like that just fine. Pretty chill way to tell a customer you stole from them.
Doesn’t take much to call someone and offer the next best at the appropriate price, lousy service. I’d say Caesar needs better employees

If I could give this place a zero I would. Good customer service goes a long way. I was never even acknowledged by anyone. After 10 min. Of standing at the counter I finally walked out. I will never return. I’d rather pay more $ for pizza. Teach your employees to notice customers. A simple “I’ll be w/ you in a moment” is better then no acknowledgement……
