Worst little Caesars I been too. I was told my order was going to be done at a certain time. I get to the restaurant and I still had to wait 40 mins for it to be “done”. The young man working the register also turned down walk ins telling them that they weren’t taking any orders at that time but then tells a doordash driver that they are but he just didn’t want to take the orders. I get my pizzas and wings and they were cold! Like in the fridge cold. The mostbestest sausage pizza which you have to pay more for hardly had any sausage. The Hawaiian pizza was undercooked and well the wings are a joke for their prize. I have emailed and called for a refund but the owner has never got back to me although a representative told me I was going to get contacted by the owner. It’s been over a month. Definitely not doing business with this franchise owner again.

We placed an order online, and were told we would need to wait over an hour for our food. Three kids walked in behind us, and we’re told their food will be ready in seven minutes. When we asked for a refund on our online order, our cashier, Jordan, got confrontational. Granted, we were pretty frustrated too, but then he used *highly* inappropriate language before telling us to get out of his *expletive* store. We would love to speak with an owner over there, but no matter what, we won’t be returning. Cheap pizza can be found elsewhere.

Unfortunately this location is completely understaffed. We went there during hours of operation and the doors were locked. Shortly after someone comes and opens the door. And a few weeks ago a girl working there was very stressed out and not answering phones because she was basically all by herself. My heart goes out to the employees there. But if u are looking for your pizza to be on time. This is probably not the location for you.

When there for lunch! Their lunch deal is ah-MA-zing! It was packed but the line was fast. Delicious, fresh & hot pizza. Came right out of the oven infront of me. Very fast and friendly service. Everything was very clean and even had a nice clean bathroom. Can’t wait to come back!

Garbage location. The employees do not care. If the app says your food will be ready at one time, add AT LEAST another half hour on top of that. You can’t cancel your order if they are taking too long and you are in a time crunch. Effectively, this location stole my money. Buyer beware.

I’m not happy with the service in this location. Upon arrival there were two gentlemen both waiting on orders so I was waiting for a young lady blonde blue gradient hair to help take my order. I saw she was busy preparing an order so I didn’t disturb her as I myself work in customer service so I gave her sometime to finish what she was doing. During that time two young women walk in and the young lady named Mia then disregards me standing there and continues to greet the next customers and asked if they needed any help. So instead of escalating or addressing her I walked back to my vehicle and ordered online . I even gave it more time and walled into the planet smoothie next door while they prepared my order. Upon finishing in there my sister walls in asks for her order and the young lady disregarded her and the gentlemen Mike om staff helped my sister in dispensing her order. The managers in this location should really reevaluate the staff they hire because you never know who may walk into this location who may own it or be a friendly friend to the owners. Treat every customer with value.
