Renee is the literal best little caesers managers I’ve ever met! Tried to order online and the computer system had a glitch, it took my money but no order number or anything came up. After about 15 minutes of waiting I called the store to see if my pizza was ready and they said they hadn’t received an online order. They asked me to come in to look at my order and see what was going on. After investigating Renee realized and informed me the system glitched somehow and said it never sent them the order to begin making.(she checked the sticker machine and everything. ) once she figures out the problem she promptly let me know not to worry as she would have it fresh and ready in no time. I kid you not within about 5 minutes of being there this girl had that pizza in and out the oven cooked to perfection and everything I could ask for. Great customer service, great efficiency and great knowledge with the food and the computer systems. This is a good employee KEEP HERE THEYRE HARD TO COME BY!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Little Caesars. The staff were extremely rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. I waited about 15 minutes just to get someone’s attention so I could place an order. When I finally approached to order, the employee acted aggressively, as if he was angry that I was even there. He told me I would have to wait nearly 40 minutes, even though the store was empty and there were no customers.
The place was dirty, disorganized, and clearly poorly managed. The employees showed zero respect, zero customer service, and zero interest in doing their job. I have never seen such an unprofessional and disgusting environment.
I will never come back to this location again. Absolutely unacceptable.

I went in to pickup my pizza and the older lady at the counter was on a phone call and she seemed like she didn’t want to be interrupted even though she was clearly working. She just gave me an annoyed look and walked away. Another helpful employee came up to assist me about a minute after. She was kind and attentive. The pizza itself was bland, lacking flavor and the cheese was very dry even after they cooked it fresh. After about 3 slices I threw the rest of it away. Not worried about a refund. I wasn’t expecting much here for cheap food yet this was simply terrible.

Whoever is working nights is Horrible . I pulled in with my kid to order a pizza and crazy bread at 9pm they had the lights off in the front and even the OPEN sign was off. As soon as my son and I walked in one of the workers with a beard said we are closed which mind you, little Caesar closes at 11pm not 9pm at night. I still went on and placed my order. He got highly irritated started screaming with the F word and didn’t give a F. It continued on where he started loudly slamming stuff around almost breaking stuff that was the property of the stores and not his, Making my son and a few other customers that just walked in feel uncomfortable to be there. I’m Highly disappointed in his actions and attitude towards customers and especially when a child is there to witness all of this. If I was a manager for this store I would gladly make sure he is no longer employed with Little Caesar’s.
To make this clear again my 8yr old son was there to see all of this and to feel uncomfortable where something is wrong.

Renee was an absolute life saver! She was so kind and helpful. I made a mistake on our large order and she worked with me to get it corrected. We have a large event at our church tonight in the pizza is a big part of it, so she saved the day!

Ordered my food 2 hours in advance for delivery. I get a call 10 minutes before it’s supposed to arrive and get told that have to refund my money because they don’t have any product and the manager told them to wait to call people or they would have called sooner. The music was so loud coming from the back, definitely not the proper choice of music to be playing in an establishment but whatever. Hardly got awknoledged by the staff busy having a good time to the overly loud music. Ordered a stuffed crust pretzel pizza and got a far from pretzel pizza as possibly. It was sad. Looked terrible. This place is really gone down hill lately. Wouldn’t recommend to family or friends until they pulled their act together

I even waited 10-15 minutes for a fresh pizza so it was crispy.. I asked the lady and she said she will put make it crispy.. I think there’s too many people inside and a distraction on focusing.. when I say I didn’t even wanna eat pizza anymore I ate one slice and realized it’s not even fully cooked.. nor is it crispy at all.. disappointing and annoying to pay and wait for food and have it come out unacceptable.
