Is this even cooked? Listen, a cheap pizza place or not at the end of the day the pizza is NOT FREE! We pay with our hard earned money and after a long week of work and school duties with the kiddos all we want is a decent pizza and decent bread sticks. Where is management? Why hasn’t this POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE been corrected? Its always something with this specific location!

This place is usually pretty good. Today was the worst ever. On the app, the pizza went in the oven at 1:05,didn’t get to the portal to 1:40. Only one person working and no one taking any counter orders. The person working looked like they were cooking and boxing and they were just sitting ominous the back. No orders came out for almost 20 minutes before they started coming out.

Food over all is great as well as the price. However while waiting for my order to get done. There was no one waiting at the counter to take other customers orders. One employee walking around wearing a pair of over the ear pink headset ignoring another customer that came in to place their order. Only excuse that they told every customer is the wait time will be between 30 – 35 minutes because they are backed up. Then gain ncant see how you could be backes up with no one waiting up front to great their customers let alone take their orders. Having one ignoring everyone and another walking around without a care in the world. Totally disapprove of the employees. And managers as well for not stepping up and doing something to make business run smoother. My advice to management is to rehire and retrain everyone management included. Or corporate needs to go on a firing and rehiring spree and bring the shop back up to the way it use to be.

I ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas and an Italian cheesey bread. When I got there the cashier tried handing my order to another customer right in front of me and told me if I wanted parmesan cheese I’d have to pay for it. I get home home and pizzas and icb are undercooked and ice cold. I won’t be going back. They e really gone downhill. Used to be my favorite now they suck.

Im sick and tired of the lack of effort placed here. I get it’s cheap pizza. But we happen to like little Caesar’s pizza. But the product we PAY FOR is crappier and crappier. When it’s not tossing extra toppings on already made pizza and burning it on reheat it’s this. I asked for half cheese and half pepperoni and olives. I guess it was an afterthought, the olives are raw on top. You write customers service, they don’t care. You speak with management, they don’t care. I’m so done with this place. Don’t waste your money here because they won’t bother giving you what you ask for.

This place usually has good food. But as of recently there pizzas have been either, not done, or extremely greasy to where it soaks up the bottom of the pizza and makes it soggy. (Also i tried to cook the pizza more but just ended up burning it)
