I normally dont like to complain, but when you order 3 separate times online, and get the same results, I gotta say something. WHOEVER IS CUTTING THE PIZZA needs to be RETRAINED!! It isn’t very hard, 8 slices everything, but not evenly cut at all! Found a triangle in the middle. When you have kids that you are feeding one getting small enough piece for a baby and the other getting a piece so big that a giant would be satisfied is ridiculous. Then the arguing starts between the mini goblins about who got a bigger piece and what not begins. Yes I get it, I can cut it myself, but I could have just made it myself also. Please for all parents that work 8-12 hours and just get something quick a day before payday, pizza cutting plays an important role in family pizza night. ~just a tired mom

Went to Little Caesars Pizza tonight and accidentally wandered into what felt like a childhood-trauma support group… but make it cookies.
Ordered two pizzas. When I asked for cookies for my kids, the employee told me no, unless I brought my children to the counter with their IDs. Apparently parents can’t be trusted because we might eat the cookies ourselves.
Which tells me somebody’s mom definitely ate his cookies growing up and now we’re all paying the price.
Pizza was fine. Customer service was weird, unnecessary, and way too emotional for baked goods.

They called to let us there was no cheese sauce which was fine but after picking up the pizza we were really disappointed. Both pizzas were well over done with hard to eat crusts, and our breadsticks were very poorly made. I would have went back in for a refund but I was short on time.

Absolutely Closes at 9:50 NOT 10pm took payment and never once called me to say hey we can’t fulfill the order or anything and won’t answer the phones whatsoever even though the posted hours are until 10pm I will be getting a refund tomorrow in full absolutely not professional in any manner whatsoever if you close earlier than posted then you should change your posting!

My thanes this corporation is so unbelievable not only did the store kept hanging up on me so it never got to corrected, but the customer service is unbelievably unhelpful, I got a refund after a bunch of hoops and two emails later and get told that they can get me a refund but can’t fix the order, so Im stuck with a order that was less than appealing then what I had ordered.

This place WAS amazing and so WAS the employees. I was going there almost every day for lunch for over a year and the manager there was amazing as well he knew how to make amazing crazy bread, I went there yesterday to get my usual and the man taking the order said he had to get his boss cuz hes not sure and the “NEW” Manager was all mad that one if his employees had a question and said “it better be something he was really needed for.” So when the new boss came to the front, he said he will NOT make them that way and was VERY rude and nasty about it. So my husband and I said then we will go elsewhere then. This place has went down hill fast. I will not be eating at this location ever again. (The picture was how I asked my crazy to be made)

This location intentionally ignores their phone to avoid making tailored orders, forcing its customer base to order online or in person. I know this because everytime I walked inside the establishment, I called their local number and never heard their phones ring not once lol it is what it is
