Pizza was overcooked. The thin i had to throw away.
The reg was ok, not horrible but not like little ceasars usually is.
The young man working looked put off that I asked for a receipt that should have been my first clue on the experience.

That was my old rating below…..New manager says she doesn’t know how to use the app and in the same breath says it’s All automated to if a pizza with a customer contact delivery number says make not one but two while pizzas with absolutely no toppings, zero, on only one side of both pizzas that she would never consider calling and verifying what she was reading before preparing, making and delivery said pizzas.
Spoke to her with a smile at first until she basically talked over me because as we know with some stubborn people, instead of just admitting she probably should have just called us because she admitted she noticed it. She’s ranting about automated processes and she just reads the ticket and makes whatever it says without questions. I asked her then what are managers for or people even. I said I guess we don’t need people to inspect the product then and she said no, not really.
Sad. Sad that she’s been trained to operate that way. She never offered any solution or resolution. Which is really weird for a pizza mistake. I told her that’s not what I ordered of course I wanted all my toppings on the whole pizza, not ALL my toppings on half the pizza with extra sauce. I don’t wanna keep harping. Just sharing some pictures of my pieces of weirdly cut pizza with only half having ANYTHING but sauce. Ok then. Good night. Ashley, I think was her name and before she even knew why I asked for her she resisted her name at all. She also said she doesn’t care about online followers and to read the email receipt and basically just accept that. Real. We used the order from an T Mobile and Fantastic 4 marketing campaign to try this location again. Going back to our old pizza place after that. And I didn’t even need a computer to tell me to do that. Amazing.

Great job manager that hires well and keeps them…I hope! Attention and attitude was 110 percent. Young girl running the front register was so productive and polite at the same time. Really organized. Management training please!!! Cudos to the manager that hired her and the others as well.

First of all, I have to give a huge compliment to the staff. I usually stop in on Friday or Saturday night between eight and nine and everyone is super friendly, super helpful and my order is always as it should be. Have I ever had Little Caesars anywhere and thought it was the best pizza in the world , no I have not. But as far as takeout or delivery, little Caesars is always the most affordable and has the best taste and quality for the money!! I went and and gave 5 stars for all those complaining KARENS

I typically like their crazy breads and the family likes their pizza. I was so excited for the pretzel crust I couldn’t wait. I am not sure if I got the wrong pizza but it didn’t taste or look like pretzel. No salt. No risen brown crust. Insider cooked? It had the cheese sauce so I think it’s meant to be pretzel. Maybe poor quality control?

I usually have good service at this location. But today was very poor service. One of the pizzas I ordered was burnt and distorted. When I called the location. The store manager name Rebecca has poor skills. Instead of offering a replacement pizza she state and what you expect. When explaining to Rebecca what I expected. She hung the phone on me. When I called back she hung up on again. Poor service. This is the Deep dish pizza served.

Place is a joke. Never answers phone. I ordered. They said 20 min. I came back in and they forgot to put my order in. So I ordered it again and the girl gave me no break on price. $29 for two medium pizzas. No thanks. Place was a mess

I recently moved to Middieburg and bought few times pizzas from this place. I have absolute no complaints about it. Is a cheap pizza with a nice flavor and ready to go. They have decent amounts of meat/ pepperoni and cheese on the top. Hot and fresh. In and out of the place in 2 minutes.

Best pizza on the budget! I assumed it was gonna taste like school cafeteria.
I give atmosphere 2 stars, because of how far away it is, leading to me having to travel from Blue Jay Street all the way here for 40 minutes there and back. If only they could open one like this close by where I live.
