A picture is worth 1,000 words, correct? Can someone explain this pie to me? Is this not a box full of repurposed slices? That I’m aware of, they don’t even sale pizza by the slice. I’ve eaten at this location 2-3 times and have been underwhelmed by the amount of toppings they use. I will avoid this location in the future. If anyone has a rational explanation to how a freshly made pizza turns out like this, please educate me.

The food was as one would expect from Little Caesars, however the service and people working there are not great. For all of the diversity pushed by the modern era EVERYONE working there is Indian in Georgia no less. And I watched as they had took my pizza out, boxed it, but then let it sit there for 5 mins while they relaxed. I told them once they put my pizza in the warmer box that it was sitting there for 5 mins before and asked why they let it sit there for no reason, but they told me I was wrong even though I watched it the entire time. Gotta say its the worst Little Caesars I have been too.

I always visit here and usually not a long wait. The employees are cordial. However, today while I waited I paid attention. The initial cashier had to go make the pizza. The 2nd cashier who had to help the first was taking the food out of the oven and packing it. The 1st cashier didn’t use gloves at all. The 2nd cashier had on gloves but did everything(used the register, packed food, used her cellphone and adjusted her glasses) with the same gloves on. A guy came from the back with dough in his hands, no gloves. As a courtesy of alarming other customers, I left a note on the napkin for her to change gloves and everyone to wear gloves.

This location is the worst in Columbus. They were rude. Not inviting at all. Went for the veterans offer. There were already veterans in there waiting for pizza. Waited 10 minutes then was asked what I was ordering. Said the veterans offer and was told they weren’t giving any more out. They should have said that when we arrived ( me and other veterans) instead of wasting our time. I will never eat at this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF VETERANS.

I came in here today to grab a quick lunch, that did not happen. This was my first time here at this new location and when I came in there was no wait at around 12:45. I asked if they had any pizzas ready to go and the female employee said “peperoni”, so I said sure that’s fine. I paid what was due, she then walked back into the kitchen and started preparing the pizza. I said I ordered a hot and ready and she responded it has to be cooked first. I’m not sure what the process is of becoming a franchisee, but it would probably be best to atleast supply that low quality room temp hot and ready pizza we all expect.
Definitely not worth waiting for and next time my time is wasted because of poor business practices, ill be sure to waste alot of theirs.

I ordered a pizza, and when the worker came up to check me out, she was digging in her ear while doing it, which was already nasty. The worst part was that she didn’t wash her hands afterward. When she went to spread the dough, the same pinky she had in her ear was touching my pizza. I ended up getting a refund. Imagine if I didn’t see her digging in her ear and ended up getting the pizza. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

The only thing that this location has going for it is that it’s clean..

I’ve tried multiple times with this location and there’s always something off. No hot and readys- ever. Will not take coupons from app order. “It will take 5 mins” takes 15…that kind of stuff. But the store appears clean.

Maybe hire some people. I stood ignored for 10 minutes at the counter and all I wanted was to get a hot and ready pizza. And then when asked if I was picking up I said I wanted to place a order and then he went right back to doing whatever he was doing.
