Had the worst customer service i have ever had here all over $4 on a mistake made by them. I will never eat at another little Caesars again. And this came from upper management, not just some kid on the register in a bad mood. Despicable. I noticed the line was long and there weren’t any pizzas ready so I decided to order online and have it dispensed at the automatic kiosk. I sat and waiting for two pizzas for near an hour. When my order finally displayed that it was done I walked in to claim it. The online application then displayed that I would have to get it from the counter, even though my soul reason for online ordering was to avoid that. I proceeded to the counter and was told that my order wasn’t ready and to my dissatisfaction I would have to wait. The online application now shows I have picked up my order and left. To top it off I had to wait another 15 minutes standing inside because the kiosk was no longer an option. For reference, my estimated time of completion for the order wasn’t 6:30pm, I am now leaving at 7:15pm. My only reason for leaving the review is due to misinformation. If random times and untrustworthy instruction are going to provided, my advice to consumers is to arrive 30 minutes late and hope the order hasn’t gotten cold on the counter.

Absolutely nothing hot fresh and ready. The employees are just hanging out and chilling, talking to each other and gossiping while customers are waiting to order. Apparently the owner never visits the business or watches video footage. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a more unorganized establishment in my life. My experience gets worse every time I go but I like the pizza so maybe better management will eventually happen.

This was the worst place I have ever been to. First if all everyone was all gone and only 2 people were working there which was a guy and his sister. Later on when I ordered he said that the wait time will be 30-40 minutes.
The time was so long that I was almost asleep. And I waited so long just to get a pizza that was horrible. Even saw them making the pizza with their bare hands. Absolutely never coming here again
