The food was fairly good overall, I’d say undertakes but still edible. My bug complaint was the guy who took my order, he just didn’t care. I was counting some change to make it so I could just get bills back, but he just took the $20 and didn’t care for the change. Just ignored me. It was honestly pretty disheartening.

They have fantastic prices on pizza unfortunately the bottom of the pizza that all the toppings are on is very thin. I don’t order thin crust but their pizzas need more bottom crust.

The pizza was good, but the manager was atrocious because of needed a refund because they gave me the wrong pizza and she said she couldn’t do it…I would have to go online. She gave me the wrong number to call, so I went and told her that, and that the guy I was talking to on the phone said the store was suppose to give me the refund. It didn’t take her ten seconds in order for her to do that. And she was dressed incredibly sloppy. How does she lead???

It my go to pizza place. For the price. Only thing is preces are steady going up every three months so not sure how I feel about that. A side of sauce is $1.40 like “HEELLOOOUUU”. I would probably pay 50 cents or if I’m desperate maybe 75 cents but $1.40…….NOPE!

I used to work at little Caesars and I know for a fact the phone is supposed to be picked up. Literally no one answered the phone. Do better. I understand it gets busy but there should be enough staff for at least one person to answer the phone.

Ordered the double pepperoni hot and ready. Asked employee 3 times if it was the double pepperoni since he just took one out of the display. He said it was each time. Very un friendly and short to answer. It was not a double and 2 pieces had only 2 or 3 pepperonis and not really enough for a regular pepperoni. Will pay exrra and go some other place where you get what you order and friendly service..

Was hung up on twice once before I even got to respond to a very rude sounding hello, after I called back to order and was told to do it online and hung up on again. Was also denied the manager and number to corporate when asked to speak to someone. Very poor and pathetic customer service, coming from someone who’s been doing it for about 6 years.. you may need to rethink who you hire.

I would give negative stats if possible. This location has the worst customer service and the pizza isn’t even worth the $5. Luckily I looked at this pizza before my kids are any of it. Sent numerous email to the corporate office with no response. Called the store and they stated that somehow it’s my fault….like really. I don’t look good in orange or pinstripes so I let it slide. Certainly will not be back
