On the basis of the TV advertising I used the app to order a Stuffed Pizza Crust Pepperoni Pizza. The store had it ready and hot upon my 3 minute early arrival. I was extremely dissatisfied with the pizza. My problems were as follows:
1) The pizza was about ½ the thickness depicted in the AD.
2) The crust did not taste at all like pretzel
3) The coarse pretzel salt was excessive (too salty!) and not confined to the crust
4) The amount of cheese in the crust stuffing was minimal (not worth the $3 or 30% upcharge)
I will not make that mistake again. There is almost no truth in Little Caesars advertising.

All I wanted to do was order some junk food for this evening. This being Christmas Day and yes Little Caesars was open. I’ve always ordered via the app and they had a special deal going on for $5.99 for a two topping large pizza but the app would not let me use the coupon. So I just went and paid full price for a two topping large pizza with extra cheese. I placed it online at 5:40 p.m. to be picked up at 6:30 p.m. . I arrived there at 6:28 p.m. and went in because the tracking did not even show that the order was in the oven. I went in to ask and they couldn’t find the order. I had to go back into the app to pull up my order. Once he finally saw the order, he went into the back spoke with pizza maker. He then told me that the order is not to be put in the oven until 6:30 p.m. . It was 6:45 p.m. when I received my pizza that I wanted to pick up at 6:30 p.m. . So apparently if you’re using the app you need to specify pickup 15 minutes earlier then when you really want your order. Not a happy camper as this is the first time I’ve had any issue with placing an online order and picking it up at the time specified. On a side note there were people that were in the store prior to me and they were still there waiting.

Well I guess they no longer cut the pizza. Tried to grab first slice and you can see the results.
At least the deal was good, but this location has had too many issues. Think I will stick with Exit 14 location. Much better quality and customer service.

First the food was burnt and my cheese sticks didn’t have any cheese and the cheese it did have was aggressively burnt. But the most important thing was they sent me a notification my food was ready butAS I AM ACTIVELY TAKING IT OUT the man takes my crazy bread rips off my sticker with my name on it and GIVES THE BREAD TO A DIFFERENT CUSTOMER then tries to tell me “the forgot to make it:/I had to wait a extra 20 mins. Needless to say I am not happy with my order

Ordered a pizza got it delivered ice cold. Apparently, Dasher made multiple stops (40m) and left it at my door on the cold concrete didn’t even ring the doorbell. I saw him running with it to my door so it didn’t stay outside long and it wasn’t in any kind of insulated container to keep it warm when he delivered it. I tried to call the store but was put on hold indefinably I finally hung up. Just not acceptable.

I went to pick up my pizza in the charged me 14 bucks for it and the guy framenThe cash register shrugged his off blank.It was not his problem and pressured me to go on ahead and pay. I did , but I did not appreciate it. Be warned.

I drove to this location in Dawsonville from Gainesville, I wanted to see if they could actually make a pizza that was round and not “wet & raw” in the center. The manager/operator was here on my visit. And I’ll say this, the pizzas I ordered actually looked a advertised. An “extra most best” looked like the pizza advertised. The customer service was professional, yes even for a Little Caesars. The cashier did not have ear buds on, or sound like he had a 7th grade education.

I can’t even give the pizza I received 1 star, I went into this store (Dawsonville, Ga) and picked up a pepperoni pizza I was in a hurry and hungry as I had been traveling all day, the pizza couldn’t even be eaten it was so tough. Had to throw it away. I believe it had been in the heating unit way to long. When I contacted the store I was told, “Sorry about that.” If it hadn’t been for that remark I wouldn’t have written this review I would have just let it go and just never gone back to this store. Poor customer service.

Worst service ever, especially for an overpriced food that wasn’t ready as advertised. Stood in line forever only to be interrupted when placing my order, by the employee behind the counter, not another customer, who then began serving several other customers in line despite having already started my order.
