Had an amazing time here! Started with the lobster spinach queso dip with warm tortilla chips. SO good! Then the ribs with potatoes au gratin. The meat fell off the bone and the potatoes were so well flavored and cheesy. We finished with the brownie sunday that comes with a little cup of warm caramel to pour over it. Every bite was perfection
Our waitress was fantastic and we never had to ask for anything because she was already taking care of us. Truly a memorable meal! Definitely going back!!!

I’m not sure why there are negative reviews about this place. From start to finish, this place deserves 10 stars. My sister took me there for my birthday, and as soon as we walked in the door, we were welcomed and warmly greeted. They even decorated our table for my birthday dinner. No other restaurant has ever done that. Kelly is the most amazing server that I think I’ve ever had, and I’ve worked in the service industry for years! She was very attentive and checked on us throughout our time there. Food was great, and the attention to detail throughout the meal was impeccable! We have been to the location at Stonecrest before, but this will probably be our new go to location! Thank you Kelly and everyone else for your wonderful hospitality tonight!!!!

So, this was my first time eating here at Firebirds. Me and my lady was celebrating my Birthday . We had the pleasure of having Noah as our waiter. He did a outstanding job serving up. Yes top tier. The food was amazing also. The Philly Cheesesteak appetizer was delicious. I had the ribs, with Au Gratin potatoes and carrots . Whew good eating. She had the steak pasta with broccoli . And our drinks was on point as well. I will definitely come back again. Please, again I want to recognize Noah for the great experience. Thank you.

This was our first time at the fort Mill Firebirds. We went for our anniversary and I had let them know that’s why we were coming. They decorated the table and put a sign on the table saying happy anniversary. We were told that we would get a free dessert for our anniversary on the phone when I made the reservation, but had to ask the server for it when he tried to sell us dessert, this was the only negative to the evening. Our server was a very young kid. Ruth Kris gives us free dessert and coffee without us asking ever year for our anniversary. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Will be back very soon. Great experience.

My Fiancée and I are from NY and wanted to have a nice relaxing sit down after church! The firebird wood grill was the best choice and we are so glad we decided to go here for lunch. Jennifer was our server and she was absolutely amazing! At the end of our meal, we ended it the Crème brûlée cheesecake, which was delicious. Would heavily recommend this place to anyone. Once again shout out to Jennifer for being so generous.

Celebrated our families 20th anniversary trip to Michigan today. Katie was our waitress. She was excellent and on top of everything. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Two of us ordered the crispy fish tacos (mine came with port mushrooms and the other with steamed broccoli). My dad ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad, one uncle ordered the three tiered club sandwich and my third uncle ordered a cheeseburger with fries. Everything was absolutely delicious. Thank you for everything.

Everyone who suggested this restaurant told me it was a great place to take family for a night out on the town, date night or a ladies night out. It did not disappoint. The staff was very pleasant and inviting. The atmosphere was comfortable, warm, and relaxing. I loved the seating arrangements(that’s huge for me) considering it was a very filled and busy night when I went there(birthday dinner). We made reservations for my birthday and we’re not able to fulfill the reservation due to personal reasons. We still ended up with great seats, because again, the seating arrangements are comfortable and compliment the stylish flow of the restaurant. Now the food, top tier. Very reasonable portions. Presentation was on point. Timing was perfect. I look forward to gracing their presence more often.

We had such a wonderful anniversary dinner here. My husband had the Caprese Chicken Pasta and I had the wood smoked grilled salmon, both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The meal started with warm bread and we enjoyed a Double Black Diamond martini that was delicious.
The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and quick. The manager surprised us with a complimentary lemon cake for our anniversary along with a crème brûlée cheesecake. Our waiter and the team even gave us a signed anniversary card, which made the night feel really special.
Highly recommend for great food and an even better experience.

Our Server DALE at the Fort Mill location was absolutely amazing. He was kind patient and checked in with us several times to make sure we were ok. He served us with a beautiful smile the entire time we were there. And he was training a young man as well, it was his first day.
