My family and I always order from this location, and usually we’ve had no issues. However, the past few times have not been good. Last time we got it delivered it was completely cold. Then today we got it and the cheese was all burnt, and the breadsticks weren’t fully cooked. Very upsetting as a loyal customer.

Ordered deep dish, regular pizza, and couple of other things. They called and told me they ran out of deep dish, then argued with me about cancelling the order and refunding me. Telling me they can make a regular pizza, but deep dish costs more. So that wasn’t going to work. How are you going to argue about cancelling and refunding when you don’t have what I ordered?

I live in Columbus, Georgia and we don’t have Little Caesars Express and I’m glad we don’t. This location does not take phone calls. They only serve medium Pizza and they charge the same price as the large pizzas. They did not have any napkins and I had to wait on my pizza.

Went and got some pizza for the Paul vs Tyson fight and we got the food pretty fast. Although somehow it tasted like the pizza you get at school. The more custom pizza we got was fine though.

Pros.pizza is much cheaper than the Blaze next door and just as good. Cons. they will not answer the phone when they are busy. They want you to download an app and order online.

Cheap and convenient, that’s about it…. 5-meat pizza was pathetic with very little meat topping… barely any cheese and tomato sauce…. hmmmm, my employees deserve better than these… next time I will try other places…

I love Little Caesars, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered online and picked up my food at 6 PM on May 27. While removing my two pizzas and two Crazy Breads from the keep-warm oven, most of the Crazy Breads fell out of the bag and hit the ground due to poor stacking. It was not possible to see how these items were stack with the door open. When I informed the staff, they blamed me and offered no help. They also forgot my Crazy Sauce and only addressed it after I showed my receipt. The employees were extremely rude. Their Google rating of 1.6 reflects this poor service. Please improve your customer service. We love your food, but change is needed.

I came here twice and both times I had a 15/20 minute waiting period. I came at lunch time at 11 am and they had absolutely no pizzas ready no bread ready. That defeat the purpose of saying you have pizzas “Hot n Ready” when it’s always a 10-15 minute waiting period for just a pepperoni or a simple cheese pizza. Very upsetting.

New ownership and management. They are now stingy with their meat and pizzas do not look like the pictures. Attitudes bad when it comes to resolving problems with food. Extramostbestest had soo few pieces of sausage and pepperoni it was ridiculous. One female manager that’s been there is really good, but others need more training. Other location better. Friday night and no one was there… I see why.

It’s Little Caesars so you know the quality is whatever but when you mobile order a pizza and it says 15 minutes and takes 30 minutes, that’s unacceptable. One worker in the store. Felt bad for the guy. But if you can’t keep up with customers as a business, shut it down. Ridiculous. But honestly, like everything else in Statesboro, the wait time is insane.
