Terrible customer service, I literally work PEPSICO and provide their beverages and just randomly ordered $40 worth of pizza for my family like always and today 12/11/25 @ 5pm the crew of young ladies working decided that professionalism, proper procedure and customer service was out the window! I went out of my way to buy dinner here and will never do that again! My 3 Meat pizza as you can see had hardly any toppings evenly spread just placed right in the middle.They either need to be replaced or retrained. I will spend my money elsewhere
edit: get home and long hair baked into my pizza, Literally baked into and joining 2 slices of pizza!! you cant make this up! MGMT need to do better!!

I placed a delivery order at 5:09 PM and received it by 5:44 PM—great timing. But the food? Completely wrong. My pizza had jalapeños on it (I asked for NONE), and the pepperoni pizzas had onions—which I didn’t order at all. I honestly don’t even know if this was my food.
I called the store, and the manager, Valeria, told me I would have to come up there in person. I explained that I have six small children, which is why I chose delivery. Still, no effort to make it right without me coming in.
By the time I got to the store at 7:09 PM—two hours after my original order—I had already spoken to Valeria to let her know I was coming. Even then, I had to wait another 15 minutes in-store to get a corrected order (which took another 27 minutes).
I usually spend $45–$60 every time I order from this Little Caesars. But after this experience, I’m officially done. The inconvenience, the lack of customer care, and the dismissive attitude were all just too much.
Be aware! There are plenty of deals elsewhere! Stay away. This location clearly doesn’t value customer loyalty.

After calling the store to discuss my issue, I first experienced issues getting through, then experienced further issues being assisted. I decided to contact LC customer service and they too have been unresponsive. I’m just disappointed with the way I’ve been handled, the food I did not receive, and the money that was not refunded.

The whole team VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They messed my order up and had the nerve to have an attitude because I didn’t want it. They thought it was funny because my order was wrong like this is something they do all the time. When I asked for the manager multiple people said it was them. So I’m pretty sure none of these kids was the real manager. The entire staff came up front I guess like trying to intimidate me because they messed up my order and I complained. I should have not went back after ordering cheesy bread on my previous order and the boy gave me bread with only half covered in cheese.

If i had known i was going to wait for 87 minutes on a pizza through doordash that was uncooked I would had just went to walmart and get me a frozen one. Now i am not blaming doordash for the uncooked pizza, they did there job. But little Caesars really disappointed my kids and myself for having us wait so long for as in what you see in the picture an uncooked pizza and allowing that the driver unknowingly bring to my house, I had to cook this pizza in my oven, ya’ll are so disgusting for sending something like this. Shame on you. How are ya’ll still open.

This locations struggles with customer service. Most recently they seem to have trouble with their posted advertising. Several signs outside and in state they have thin crust pepperoni pizza hot-n-ready between 4-8p. I waited in line at 630p and was told they do not have any thin crust pizzas available for hot-n-ready and implied that they don’t do that or something of that nature despite the very clear and repetitive adverts.

First and foremost there are store hours for a reason! If you guys are going to close early make sure you let your customers know!!! I literally pulled up about 5 mins before they closed to pick up 3 Uber eats orders and they turned the lights off as I was pulling in…. Now after I decided to speak my piece the lights came back on… terrible service, terrible attitudes not to mention I’m doing this with my small kids in the car in the pouring rain… there was also a man waiting for his order as well… they said they threw all of the food away…there was absolutely no regard for any of that but I had to look at the neighborhood I was in… it all made sense.

The cashier was on her phone, non responsive, made my order online it it wasn’t in the pickup area where I can enter my code so I don’t have to be greater with rude service but I’m not surprised. COMPLETE THIS APPOINTMENT WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN !!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now. It’s quick and convenient when I’m in a rush and don’t have time to stop anywhere else. Just wanted to say I stop by today and received great customer service from a young lady. I don’t remember her name but she was really sweet and has great personality. She was very kind and patient as I place my order. I believe her name started with an A maybe Anaya but she has blonde braids with curls.
