I had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings from the moment we walked in. Orlando welcomed us right away and was our waiter for the night, which immediately made us feel comfortable and taken care of.
Drinks: I ordered the strawberry lemonade and it was delicious. they even had fresh strawberries cut up inside, which made it extra refreshing. My friend got the Red Bull Passion drink and enjoyed it as well. Great start to the meal.
Food: I ordered the mango habanero wings. They were VERY flavorful but extremely spicy — definitely a heads up if you’re sensitive to heat! Even though they were too spicy for me, the taste was amazing. Orlando was kind enough to switch them out for something more manageable without any issue, which I really appreciated.
I also got the wedges were yummy! We tried the original BBQ and lemon pepper flavors too, and both were really good. The BBQ had that classic sweet smoky flavor, and the lemon pepper was seasoned perfectly.
Overall, the food was great, but Orlando truly made the experience stand out. His service, attitude, and willingness to help made our night even better. He definitely deserves the recognition. I’ll be back!

I honestly cannot understand how this location feels comfortable charging $40–50 for food of this quality.
I picked up my order myself, so there is no excuse related to delivery. The fries were cold and tasted stale, the wings were dry and cold, the burger was bland and dry, and the chips and salsa order was incomplete. None of the sauces I requested were included.
This food felt like it had been sitting out for a long time and then handed to me without care. It was not fresh, not properly prepared, and not worth even half of what I paid.
For a brand like Buffalo Wild Wings, this level of quality is embarrassing. Customers should not be expected to pay premium prices for food that feels neglected and rushed.
Management seriously needs to address this, because experiences like this drive customers away. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location.

We ordered to go via they’re website, and the wings were all sorts of messed up and the mozzarella sticks had been haphazardly through in the box with the marinara, which led to the marinara exploding all over them. See pictures. There’s always something here. Food is good but the value isn’t. They gave us a total of 3 celery sticks, which is ridiculous considering the Wing Stop 2 minutes away will give you a whole box of celery and carrots with no issues

Over all this place is terrible and management is horrible, especially the bald guy. He came to our table with an attitude. The apps came out at the same time as the wings. When we asked for a manager to ask if apps are supposed to come out first before the entree we were told “this isn’t a fancy restaurant”.
We orders 30 wings and it took over 30 mins for the wings to get here. Both apps came out cold and the wings came out lukewarm at best because they were all focused on another table so our food obviously sat in the back and became cold. The onion rings gave me another surprise when I bit into it and it was mostly the peel of the onion.

The food arrived with an attitude. Ordered wings which were great but rest of the order was not so good. My and daughter in law ordered chicken fingers which arrived really dark brown over cooked and hard. The delivery person snapped at us when we told her that ther were over cooked. She stated that that is the way we make them and walked away. Wow poor service. We ordered drinks when we sat down. My wife did not receive her martini till half way through the meal. By far the worst bww I have ever been to. Not going back

Ordered through the app and received a delivery that had clearly been opened along the ride. The manager, Frank, was awesome. He coordinated with DoorDash to get me another delivery within an hour. The team at the restaurant does a great job with the bag seals so you know if it was tampered with by the delivery person. Really appreciate the service!

Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings recently and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. The staff was friendly enough — no complaints there — but the service was painfully slow. The restaurant was barely 1/10th full, yet it still took an incredibly long time to get our food. You could tell the kitchen was seriously struggling; there was a huge backup of takeout orders piling up behind the counter, and it seemed like the cooks just couldn’t keep up even though the dining room was practically empty.
When the food finally came out, it was just… average. Nothing that felt worth the wait. Honestly, I expected better given how slow things were moving. Overall, it felt disorganized and inefficient. Friendly service can only carry an experience so far — the basics need to be there too. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food came out hot and fast, and everything tasted fresh. The queso is a must-order — seriously some of the best.
The 2 for $19.99 deal is a steal. You get two full meals with sides, not some tiny portions. For the price, you really can’t beat it.
Good atmosphere, plenty of TVs, and solid service. Definitely coming back.

I was skeptical due to the reviews but i understand some people just like to complain about everything so i took the chance and i was happy i did. The place is cleaner than most and then our server was on point i mean polite and with a great attitude! Says he was new and I hope he stays the way he is cause he didn’t fall short on anything his name is CANICIO.
On top of all that, the food was great! Everything i asked for was the right temperature plus good sauce ratio.
