The only reason I gave them a 1 is because they answered the phone. I ordered 1 supreme pizza online at 6:05 it’s 8:13 and I still don’t have my order. My husband went to get the pizza 3 times it wasn’t ready the employees are complete airheads I had to tell the lady who answered the phone the name on the order 3 times until she finally caught on and she still said another name other than what I gave her, there is very much something mental with the employees at this location seriously not joking, save your time and money go to the next little Caesar establishment near you, I will be calling corporate they seriously need to evaluate they’re employees mental capacity

After many many visits plagued with long waits, lackluster customer service, and food that leaves you disappointed, I had to leave a review.
Granted, I understand, you get what you paid for. They’re $6/7 dollars for a pizza, but with other chains with specials that pretty much comparable at $6.99/7.99/8.99, the quality pales in comparison. I’m paying the same price for essentially crust.
“Then why order from here?” I only ever go here if there’s a deal on the T-Life app, but every time I do, it shows why I shouldn’t ever order from here outside of the T-Life deals.

What happened to this place?! I previously left a 4 star review and now they’re down to 1 star. I previously had good experiences picking up. I made the mistake of ordering through a 3rd party delivery app cuz I had a good deal to use. Biggest mistake ever! There appears to be no standards if you’re not there to call them on their quality. I was sent a pizza that looked like a damn stop sign. Ugly and sloppy. Cheese crust wasn’t even in the crust. AND it was undercooked and super floppy. I’d like to hope this is a new employee but quality checks should be done regardless! Probably won’t ever return after this abomination.

I ordered my pizza for drive thru pick up on 07/06 and when I got there according to my order tracker , my pizza was still not ready and I couldn’t go inside cause the door was locked and the drive thru was completely packed . A customer finally opened the door for me and I asked the status of my pizza and the cashier said it was in the oven but then brought out my pizza about 2 minutes later. It was my pizza and the pizza toppings were correct. I live about 5 minutes away from the restaurant and when I got home , my pizza was cold and the bottom of my pizza was still raw and it stuck to the bottom of my pizza box. I couldn’t even eat my pizza because of how the pizza looked and smelled. I been trying to contact the store but no answer. I need a refund of some sort because spending almost $20 on a pizza to not be able to eat it is ridiculous. I understand they were busy but there is always a standard to uphold when giving a service and the service was terrible , the food was terrible and I will never come here again. I will be calling corporate directly.

Rule of thumb, when ordering pizza from Little Ceasars, always check your pizza before you leave. I ordered 3 Pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza. When I got home, 2 of Pepperoni were fresh one wasn’t. It looked stale like it’d been in warming ovens too long. The Cheese pizza wasn’t fresh either. For those seasons, I would not order from this location again.

Night shift is rude , she hung up in my face after calling to say i been in line over 30 mins can i just come to the door and get the pizza. Lobby closed before lobby is suppose to be closed. They need a whole new night crew this is unacceptable. I canceled my order now i have to go home and find my kids something because I refuse to spend my money in unprofessional places. Called back no answer at all.

I ordered night italian cheesy bread fresh and pepsi .. i literally ordered and maybe 8 min 10 at tops i was at the store to pick it up it was ready surprisingly so i got down tge street opened the box and it was very hard bread i called spoke with mike he apologized and assured me he would make it right… he was very polite vs the person who took my order .. first time out of numerous issues. i have had and the manager be nice

Came in to pick up an order, code wouldn’t work. Asked the girl at counter for assistance and she told me to try the code again. I did and then she said code expired and she didn’t see the pizza. Whole time I’m looking directly at the order. She gives me the pizza after reading the name.
Before I left, she walked to the back. I’m calling out to someone and no one is answering. She has headphones in, eventually I wave her down and she comes back to the front. I ask for marinara and then napkins. Instead of handing me the napkins she just puts it down on counter and walks off. Attitude was unnecessary. And while we’re at it, she needs to wear a hairnet over her puff/afro while cutting pizzas.

This is the best location in the area! We walked in and Euodia greeted us a smile and was super professional. She asked me if it was okay if it’s a 5 minutes wait on my order and was just super pleasant about the whole transaction. I had almost given up on Little Caesars Pizza because the locations near here are dirty and have poor customer service. But I will definitely be coming back to this location.
