If you are buying anything with bread sticks I would recommend you go elsewhere. They do not fill the crazy sauce container even 40 percent full. I have never had this issue at any other location and I will not be going to this location again. If the sauce was free I wouldn’t complain but they charge 1 dollar for sauce.

This is the worst location ! There is pretty much always long wait time !Ordered a Extra most best.I looked at the pizza there wete a few pepperoni scattered on the pizza! I pulled back around to the window to show the young lady then she called over a guy who said yeah that’s what you ordered the extra pepperoni is under the cheese ! Only to get home to find out there was no pepperoni under the cheese . I called the store and was transferred a couple of times to a guy who left me on hold for 1 hr 15 minutes! I called back to get a young lady who transferred me to a man supposedly manager who was VERY RUDE and argumentative! When I told him I was left on hold he said well it wasn’t me . I explained about the pizza he said I should’ve got 8 extra pepperoni I said I didn’t and he didn’t tell me that at the store or I would got a regular because there was no extra cheese or pepperoni ! He said ma’am what you want me to do about it very rudely went back n forth with me ask me what I wanted then gave phone to lady who said I had to bring that pizza back to get another one at 10:00 pm at night with my kid and I’m not rt around the corner from this store after speaking with them several times now I needed to come back when I asked for their names I heard the guy in the back ground tell her to hang up on me ! Do she did !Called back again to be put on hold then back to same rude guy whi would not give me his name still said I wanted to argue instead of taking my name and saying we will remake it he hung up on me! Terrible!!!

I ordered online and was given a window of when my pizzas would be ready. When I went to pick my pizza the line was long and it took forever. I get to the window and my pizzas are not made and four people asked me my order. I had to wait 1 HOUR at the location for my pizzas. The workers were just standing around and talking most of the time. I got one of my pizzas after 40 minutes of waiting. I wanted to cancel my second pizza and they said I had to wait for the manager to return to the store. I asked how would that be and the worker said she did not know. I have kids in the car and I was just trying to pick up a pizza after a softball game. My kids had to eat their pizza in the car so it wouldn’t get cold. So I got one pizza after a 40 minutes of waiting and my second pizza after waiting 1 HOUR. Then my second pizza was wrong. I will never come here again.

Worse location. The large $5 pizza is much smaller than other stores… Poor management, extremely rude employees, and directly store in general.
The pizza was dry (not enough sauce), little cheese, and the crust is much bigger than normal pizza…. And not to mention the overall size of the pizza is much smaller!

Very thankful for this location always hot fresh ,and to the young lady who had extreme patients to deal with a miss understanding about our online order, (1-15-26) , Thank you and you deserve a raise for all you do and for the many families that enjoy good food and a great personality to assist them and hopefully we can do business soon .

I am highly dissatisfied with my orders today. I ordered 3 pizzas… 1 pepperoni 1 cheese & 1 stuffed crust meat lovers. My meat lovers only had meat on one side & the other side was plain cheese. My pepperoni pizza was only half pepperoni & plain on the other side. It’s pure laziness & bad business to short customers on what they pay for. This was my first & last time ordering from this store!

I believe everyone deserves a second chance — sometimes a restaurant just has an off day. However, after visiting this location multiple times, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Each visit, I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, regardless of how busy or empty the place was. The staff seem indifferent, and the overall service lacks urgency or care.

I always favor Little Caesar when I want a hot, fresh pizza with no wait, but the young lady that service me here was not very friendly. I asked for one pepperoni and one sausage pizza. She handed me one pepperoni and one cheese pizza. When I asked for the sausage pizza, she got upset. I ended up getting two pepperoni pizzas. What happened giving the customer what they want.
