So, my husband makes a quick stop by little caesars around 9:30 tonight, to grab 2 bags of bread sticks on his way home from a late night at work. He opens the 1st bag to find that the bread sticks were undercooked. Hoping that maybe it was a mistake, he opens the 2nd bag to only find “dough” sticks!!
I mean seriously… I get that both the bags were a little over $10, not to mention he gave a tip. It’s not the cost, but the simple fact the BREAD STICKS WERE NOT COOKED and you know good and well they saw them as they scraped them off the baking sheet! The laziness from people that want to do Nothing and still receive a paycheck. I don’t care if its the lowest paying job or not, it’s still a job and how well you do it or don’t do it in this case speaks volumes of the kind of person you are!!!

Edit 12/31/25: Quality of the pizza is way better this time, good amount of toppings, cooked right. Delivery was quick.
I’ve ordered food here a few times. I’ve not been impressed any of those times.
This time the supreme pizza barely had toppings except for the pepperoni. The cheese pizza had spots missing cheese.
Ordered crazy bread and now they charge $2.50 for the sauce?
Overall everything costs more but the quality and quantity does not match the rise in prices.
The customer service while not bad, doesn’t exactly shine through though.

Always is pretty good. The staff everytime we go in are helpful and courteous. For the price it is hard to find any pizza place that is better. Would recommend. Would have to say this one is one of the better Little Caesar’s. Keep up the good work.

The cashier was great and provided amazing service, however the team member in the back stopping to text multiple times while many of us were waiting on our food was not only unprofessional but also unsanitary. To top it off she walks to the front counter eating chips, didn’t wash her hands but returned back to cutting pizzas. We’re new to the area so maybe I expected too much. This is ridiculous service and the food inspector needs to be notified if this is normal practice! We’ll have to opt into a different pizza franchise or drive to locust grove.

Usually I have no problem with them but I think this was my last time. The last couple orders I’ve gotten has been on the downside. Tonight I ordered 2 Extra most bestest and I could count less than 10 pepperonis on my pizzas. We thought they were cheese only there were so few pepperoni. I call and the manager tells me I have to bring my pizzas all the way back up there then let them remake them. It’s already late and my kids picked up the pizzas for me. Nah, I’m good, they just lost a good customer that’s all.

I came in here today to order 2 orders of pepperoni crazy puffs and they didn’t put pizza sauce in them so they weren’t as good as they are supposed to be… I came for the crazy puffs specifically, because i loved them the first time i had them at a different location, the pop of the pizza sauce when you bite into them is… well.. sensational. Unfortunately; at this location, the absence of pizza sauce made them dry, and dissatisfying, because the staff didn’t do their job correctly… I dont think ill be back to this store…
UPDATE: i went again in hopes the staff just “forgot” to put the sauce in, or that the employee who made my specific “crazy puffs”, was just ignorant of the pizza sauce being an ingredient of the crazy puffs the first time i visited this location.
…But LOW AND BEHOLD, my crazy puffs were again just full of Grease, and completely absent of pizza sauce!
I will NOT be back to this location. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!

If there were other cheap, easy pizza options we would go there. They’re rude. They get things wrong. Pizza was massively undercooked. Like, stretchy dough it was so undercooked. And the “manager” was just pissed they called her in on her “night off” to deal with a major issue. So we had to drive back from Flovilla to Jackson just to get attitude from employees. Really really disappointed.
