Will not visit again. I would give a zero. How is it I order bread sticks but give me very greasy garlic knots or whatever they had. Instead of correct packaging they just put them in bag with sauce so everything greasy. A bag? Sounds like a health violation. Secondly the Marinara sauce had pieces of spaghetti in it. Stopped by a store in this plaza and decided to eat here. The lady who is working is making the pizzas and doing front counter (not sure why) was rude and make it seem like I was a bother to her. I order a hot and ready and before I could tell her I wanted some wings I seen already done, we was ringing me up. Then when I let her know I wanted wings as well she kinda acted like it was a task to take my money and give me my food and receipt. The food was ok temp wise, pizza needed to be cut. I’m guessing the pizza blade isn’t sharp enough to cut on pressure like normal. I didnt have a good experience here. Maybe you will. Try at own risk. You been warned.

It’s starting to feel like they really really really dislike their job. So I want someone to quit. Im beyond mad. My wings tatsed like old grease. My pizza had gaps in between the cut. It was stuck to the inside of the box, so I had to use a spatula to pizza up a slice. Pick up a pizza, and it fell apart. This particular little Ceasars seems to be one of the bad spots. The so call manager with the skittles color locs tired to tell me it maybe was alot of cheese and sauce it’s soggy with no dough and started to tear when I start pulling it apart and she said we can’t give you a refund even though I didn’t want them to make me another one she didn’t offer to do that. Don’t waste your money here. I was surprised this location had ANY good ratings. Nobody is ever up front at the counter, nobody acknowledges you when you come in. I waited at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged, my food was not in the locker and I made a stop prior to arriving at the location so the food should have been ready. I waited patiently, another customer came in who wasn’t acknowledged either. Two more customers came in then FINALLY after 10 plus minutes this disheveled person comes and assists the customer who came in after me being at that point I was standing back trying to get my girlfriend who placed the order to cancel the order. When I was finally helped my food was ready but was in the back in an inaccessible to me warmer. The cheese pizza didn’t look appetizing, the pepperoni pizza looked good. Both pizzas tasted good. While I waited the 10 plus minutes to be acknowledged I observed that nobody in the back had gloves on. I observed an employee touch food with bare hands. No visible health score was observed and I had plenty of time to look around for it. We will not be spending any more money at this location.

Just left out of there. Usually have issues at this location, but it’s usually forgotten items. If I have my receipt they usually correct it. Tonight though, nope. No hot and ready’s were ready. That was fine. We get home realize we’re yet again missing an item. Mid drive back to LC my husband calls and text me a picture of a very burnt cheese “not ready” pizza. I show cashier picture, and she flippantly responds ”well, our pizzas come fresh out the oven, love”. So burnt is your standard?? Fix it, but they won’t as long as people are okay with bypassing sub-standard service for cheap pizza. I’m done.

I come to this location all of the time and usually I do not have any problems or complaints everything is usually fresh but yesterday evening close to close time I ordered two pizzas that were fresh because they were made to order so the pizza was fresh and they didn’t offer to show me the wings so I didn’t look at them I just assumed they were also fresh. Unfortunately when I got home I realized that they gave me old wings. I came today to get a refund with my receipt and was told that I could not exchange will get a refund on my purchase. I do see now that they have signs that state that but it’s just unfortunate that I lose out in the situation as a previous continuous weekly to biweekly customer. I hope that losing a customer for something that could’ve been easily switched out and for items that only cost seven dollars and change was worth losing a lifetime customer. I call that poor customer service whether or not there are signs posted for no refund or not. It’s not my fault that I was given old wings so rules should be bendable depending on the situation. When I spoke to the manager and she started the conversation with “Sorry boo” and said what she was saying and then she walked away and went to the back and the other person that was there which was an assistant manager said it was nothing she could do either. I called this simply poor customer service at its finest.
