So apparently wearing gloves while touching and preparing food is not a necessity anymore? I came to pick up my orders and the woman who is making pizzas in the back was grabbing cheese & pepperoni with her bare hands from main containers and placing it on the dough. The box with gloves was sitting on the shelf in front of her face, but all pizza ingredients were certainly already touched multiple times with her uncovered hands. Extremely unsanitary. This place needs to be inspected.

Still waiting on a refund a week later. Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food in general.
Nobody here speaks fluent English. Good luck if they got your order wrong. Abandoning the call and leaving the phone off the hook so the line is busy for 30+ minutes is super classy. Corporate should close this location.

I used to love their deep dish. Their deep dish and regular cheese was really terrible. Ridiculously bad really. I didn’t even expect great. Just decent.

Unfortunately, on three occasions, this location has really poor customer service.
First experience, I walk up to the counter, prepared to order. The woman working there walks up to the counter, walks back without acknowledgement. So, I wait. She comes back and says “we’re not taking any orders” and walks back again. No greeting or anything. It was 2pm. When I asked if she meant for the rest of the day or like an hour, she said she didn’t know. So, I left, annoyed, but, brushing it off as she’s having a rough day.
Second experience, my nephew loves crazy bread. I mobile ordered a couple orders of crazy bread and a pizza. After about 30 minutes, I get a call back and a woman on the other line says they can’t make it right now, call back in 3 hours. This was at noon. Again, maybe they were busy, so I canceled the whole order.
Third experience (picture) I mobile ordered a deep dish and 2 orders of bread sticks with sauce. I received two mini/small oval/circle looking regular pizzas instead of deep dish and no sauce for the crazy bread.
After the third time, I do not think it’s a one-off issue, but instead a poorly managed and poorly run location.
On a slightly positive note though, my nephew really likes their crazy bread! I may be back, because the little guy’s smile negates most of the bad experience from the service here.

It wasn’t a huge issue but I am still left with the feeling of disappointment of the store when I asked them politely to correct my order. There shouldn’t be spots of toppings missing from A meat lovers pizza especially if you paid for it but, Management didn’t seem to think so. They grudgingly agreed to correct my order and what I was left with were just pieces of sausage placed on top of the pizza. I thought they would have been professional and remake the pizza but That did not happen. It was done sloppy and it was hastily prepared. I know it was just five to $10 pizza we’re buying here but we’re spending our Hard earned money.

I purchased a Crazy Crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage, but the staff forgot to add the toppings and gave me a regular cheese pizza instead. I called the store, and they agreed to provide me with a replacement pizza. However, when I went to the Little Caesars location, they refused to give me the replacement, saying the manager had decided not to allow it.

Flora Mike and Sara were so sweet and helpful on google this place says it closes at 10 but they close at 9 I got there at 8:58 and they still serviced me with a smile and my pizza was so fresh and good. I’m happy they still have people in this world that understands customer service.

I ordered a pizza and two Pepsis to be delivered. When I got the order delivered they had the pizza and one Zero Sugar Wild Cherry Pepsi, which was not what I ordered at all. I told the driver that the order was wrong and he told me to take it up with the store. I called the store and they completely blew me off and blamed the driver. There was no offer to refund me for the wrong drinks and no offer of a coupon or anything. Terrible customer service. I’m going to stick to Dominos from now on.
