My food was delivered via drivethru largely uncooked and in an anomalous state. The owner who had to be reached by phone and declined to provide a refund ( and No didn’t want any food from a place that would serve me under done food to begin with ) saying “ no refunds at this location” this is posted nowhere at this location and seems inconsistent with corporate policy, additionally the employees seemed poorly trained, the guy that helped was nice enough but wow. I guarantee you they wouldn’t try this type of policy maneuvering in a different demographic neighborhood. Waiting around for recook and so glad I came in and can now see how filthy this place is ( pics included) The recook looks just as bad the crust recipe is off for it to continuously puff up like that. I’m leaving no food no refund can’t feed anyone this stuff.

Only gave 1 star to do a review. Horrible place. Teenagers running a business no one has respect. They have an attitude if you come in they have an attitude at the drive thru and it’s like an infant is making the pizzas. These are two different pizzas. I went back to return one and got another and they both look like they were dropped. No sauce no cheese just dough.

TL;DR It’s very hit or miss, more often miss than not. Don’t order through the mobile app with them because “The orders sometimes don’t come through the system.” Call, but ideally order from somewhere more reputable.
Edit: They don’t really pick up the phone, so don’t even bother. One star, kiddos.
As someone said earlier, it’s hit or miss because otherwise, I would’ve given it one star. I’ve had luck with this location a few times in the past, hence the two stars, but lately, it’s been a whole lot of misses. Seriously, see the pictures attached— I waited for this pizza longer than they said it would take, and it was still somewhat raw and mostly messed up!
Last time I ordered from this place, I used the Little Caesar’s mobile app. I got to this location at the pickup time, and the workers said the order hadn’t come through the system, so I had to wait for them to start and finish. Same deal— raw-ish and haphazard. Just get from somewhere else, if you can.

Sat at window for 15 minutes no help so I went inside the girl working had a bad attitude and I asked how long the wait for a pepperoni pizza was she said “long” I think they just hire anyone. I won’t be back.

This location is either hit or miss. You definitely have to make sure you have time. There is usually always a wait time. It depends on who takes your order that determines what service you will get. A lot of young people running this restaurant & they really do try. I usually order the extra most bestest cheese because if I don’t there is a guarantee that it won’t be cheesy at all. Overall they could use more structure & consistency when running this establishment. However, like I say they definitely do try. The young people are courteous & respectful.

Ordered a cheese pizza and breadsticks waited to get fresh drove 20+ minutes down the road to Snellville open the box in real life. They gave me a pepperoni pizza. I’m a vegetarian and I haven’t eaten pork in over 30 Years. Drive all the way back down because when I called their telephone number it was not working. Called the number over 12 times, Verizon kept saying this number cannot be reached at this time. Showed them my receipt. Did I get an apology? No, did I get my bad nope. They just said oh you ordered cheese here and gave me a cold cheese pizza. That’s probably been sitting there for 20 minutes, so yeah, not great service nor do they care about providing great service or a simple apology for messing up.
