The worst dunkins I have ever ordered from can’t even get any order right order two sandwiches with extra sausage and no egg gave us egg and no extra sausage. Order loaded hash browns with queso and bacon they didn’t put any bacon in it at all

If my rating could be a zero or lower, it would be. This is the worst fast food facility i have EVER BEEN TO. I just waited 1 hour for two drinks, two donuts, and a wrap— which was originally a mobile order. I asked for help 6 times and was ignored every single time. In fact, when I asked if they could please make my chai latte with CHAI TEA INSTEAD OF COFFEE the girl with red hair who was acting like the manager (clearly still in highschool btw) told me “i don’t know ask someone else, im busy.” This same poor service happened to 4 other groups of people all who waited for at least 45 minutes, not as long as us and were still helped before us, and treated just as crappy. And the workers did not have a care in the world about any person in the building including their fellow coworkers as we watched multiple fights between them ensue. I will say, the drive through was being taken care but no shockers, BADLY considering the fact almost everyone who came in was originally in the drive through and had complaints of their own that needed to be settled inside. NEVER GO HERE, in fact I hope dunkin shuts them down because these workers are an embarrassment to their business.

I have been a long time fan of Dunkin. Something has changed. I have gone into a Dunkin asked for an old fashioned donut and I was told they were sold out??? This has happened many times locally and I have had it happen a number of times in three different states when I have been traveling. A donut shop that does not have a plain donut. Sad. It makes me think they are phasing them out. Dunkin – what is up?

There were 7 or 8 people behind the counter and it still took 20 minutes for a latte. It wasn’t busy. Staff seemed confused and unorganized. It was like everybody was being trained. They spent more time watching a car being towed from the parking lot and getting orders fulfilled. And about that parking lot, not the staff’s fault, but seriously, who designed that?

Stopped here while traveling through Vermont on Sunday, Sept 14. The staff was great but there was an older woman, maybe the manager, barking orders at the kids working. She was standing just a few feet away from the young lady working the register and was yelling at someone in the back. She was so loud that me and the person on register had a hard time hearing each other and confirming my order. The person in the registered seemed a bit rattled. I felt bad for her. My coffee order ended up being wrong but I feel like it was because she couldn’t hear me! Then we were waiting on a single donut I ordered and this young man was helping make coffees and she was screaming at him to get back. He said he was helping make beverages and she just kept yelling at him. There was a bunch of people waiting in the lobby and a long line at the drive through. I feel bad for everyone working there if she was the manager or person in charge. I can’t imagine that boosts employee morale, having a dozen customers watching as this woman screams at all her employees. If there’s a large employee turnover rate, she’s to blame. There’s no way they get paid enough to get treated like that.

The counter service was incredibly dysfunctional. There were 7-8 people back behind the counter and no one knew what was going on.

I’m surprised by all the 1-stars. I pass by on my way out and back for work, so I saw the place being built. I finally stopped by a few days ago — a weekday afternoon when it was slow. The order service, payment, and delivery all went well. One person gave me my lemonade; another gave my 10 count box of Munchkins; another gave my grilled cheese. Everything was accurate and tasted fine. Perhaps most of the negative reviews were due to staff that was there when the place first opened, but they’re gone now. I don’t know, but my experience was good.

Theres 10 plus people “working” there at any given time. Yet, my order ALWAYS has to be fixed. The DISTRICT MANAGER was there, STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING. They were arguing over who had to clean and who was making drinks. Very professional. NOT! Im thinking today was my LAST TRIP THERE! I ONLY went because the good Dunkin was 20 mins in the opposite way. WSM is wehre it’s at. They have a GREAT crew. No more Springfield dunks for me
