Food was timed for 930. Recieved email it was ready at 9:31.. when I sat down to eat pizza it is old. So they either places a ready to eat pizza in a box with my ticket on it or made the pizza prior to the time that I specified making it old when I recieved. Very poor customer service and becuase I checked out as guest I cant complain on the website. I wont be going back and will be sharing my experience with my friend. I want my money back for this nasty pizza.

This is about my visit on Saturday. I had ordered one pepperoni pizza… It was horrible was so dry and no cheese hardly on it and a meat pizza for my husband. There were no toppings in the center of the pizza and looked like crap. I know it’s Little Caesars and should not expect much but come on in spending my money with y’all. I have been here on other occasions and the manager (Heather) is always on her phone while making pizzas… This should not be allowed while making food!!

Had about 15-20 minute wait, there was only 2 people working . Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way , plus they forgot to put the garlic sauce . Overall unsatisfied and felt sick after eating a slice or 2. First and last time at this location. Rather get my money back and go to the Five Forks location where I never have problems.

On Wed, 11/12/25, I stopped in around 1:30 PM to place a carryout order. It felt like I stepped into a music bar, in a good way of course. The cook, was singing and seemed to be enjoying himself. A very nice young lady greeted me, and I said, “Is it always this exciting to be in here? This is pretty awesome and I absolutely love the energy and vibe of the store!” Our order was ready on time as promised and the chef/cook (Mike) was singing, smiling and taking care of business. Consider using this store location to train other locations about being genuinely happy to service the public. I’ll be back around the same time at least once a week waiting for my Club Little Caesars experience. I was extremely pleased with the service received.

Update, back to 1 star: Never know with this location. Saw my pizza sitting on the counter getting cold for almost 10 minutes because all of the employees were hiding and chatting in the back of the store. Can’t stand when there are a bunch of employees, but they are purposely avoiding work and customers.

Ordered my pepperoni “hot and ready” and crazy bread.. was told 15 minutes. Watched Josh in the back making pizzas without gloves on complaining LOUDLY about how badly he needed a break. A customer who came in and ordered a custom pizza 10 minutes after me received her pizza. When I approached the young girl at the counter asking about my order she said, “it’s done” and walks to the back and grabs a pizza that had been sitting in my line of vision on a table for the past 15 minutes. When I told her that it had been sitting she responded that it had just came out of the oven.
She wasn’t disrespectful, but clearly lied to my face. And Josh was extremely unprofessional, and gross.

We will come grab a quick pizza when we need it, typically by online orders. This review will combine the past 5 visits, every visit the food is little Caesars quality, not terrible, not pizza hut or your pie next door, no complaints typically on food. There was one trip where we ordered the pretzel pizza and got a regular pizza with extra salt on the crust and the time before that the pretzel pizza we got had gone bad (probably the sauce). However the biggest issue we have with this location is the employees, the service (or lack there of) and how long it takes, even after online ordering and coming in within that window. When you walk in be prepared to wait for a good 10 mins if you need to speak someone, be prepared for the online portal area to be broken and then waiting again for 10 more mins. The “quick and ready” is not part of this location’s motto. There are typically 4 employees there, you can see one making the pizza while watching her show (sometimes too enthralled with the show to continue making pizza), another employee (I believe may be the manager??) who boxes the pizza, she works but REFUSES to look at the lobby, even when she takes a break to check her cell phone, there are typically two employees in the way back (the two I’ve only actually seen working like crazy) and then sometimes another lady if it’s shift change but she seemed way too out of it to really be of any help.
So overall, if you order your pizza, run to Publix, have a few more minutes to wait, then the food isn’t terrible but don’t be expecting a quick and friendly welcome when you’re in there.

So I just went to Little Ceasars at (4325 Atlanta Hwy SUITE 8, Loganville, GA 30052),
And bought a 4 Quarter Calzony, I specifically told the dude “please don’t put any sauce on the calzony”, I didn’t knew I had to tell him it’s because of health reason’s so when I got home I found out there’s SAUCE on it and at that point I had to use a EPINEPHRINE INJECTION, I went back to the store and the dude was trying to sell me another one, I asked for a manager/supervisor and he gave me two numbers that was wrong.
