Our waitress was really nice. The food was delicious. My husband tried their new burger with an over medium egg and hash brown casserole….he said it was the best burger he has ever eaten! He said the burger tasted like it was from a steak house! I always go for their pancakes! I have never been able to make them the way they do. They are so delicious! My picky niece came with us and she had pancakes with bacon. She cleaned her plate. So safe to say she thought it was good too!

We ordered the thanks giving special. The waitress was prompt with drinks and courteous bringing us what we wanted. We waited an hour as we got there at 5pm on Thanksgiving but took a nap in car until we got the text. The turkey was great and so were the green beans, sweet potato casserole, cornbread dressing, cranberry sauce, biscuits and iced tea. Our waitress brought our check but forgot our pumpkin pie which came with our dinner. She checked our receipt and realized we got the Thanksgiving dinner and it was included in price. We had a great meal.

This dining out was done with a gift card sent by a corporate employee of Cracker Barrel because of an undesirable experience recently at the Fairburn location. My two boys ordered the burger and fries, one with cheese and one without, and both plain with nothing else. They both came out with all of the dressings and pickles stacked on top of the buns with a skewer holding them in place. I told our waitress, Jaylin, that they weren’t supposed to have all of the toppings, and my very hungry autistic 9 year old insisted that he would take them off. I also asked our waitress if the sauce that I saw on the bun was mayonnaise, to which she replied that it was and that it originally comes with it. I knew he wouldn’t eat it, so I sent them both back. They came back out in just a few minutes, and both came plain like they were supposed to but still had the pickles stacked on top of the buns held in place by skewers. My older son said he could taste the lettuce and wasn’t able to eat it, and my younger son followed. Both burgers took a while to come back out. Meanwhile, my boys ate their fries. My eldest said they weren’t that good, but okay enough to eat because he was so hungry. I agree that they were just okay. My fried shrimp was good, as well as the fried okra. My mashed potatoes were hard and tasted horrible. I requested fresh mashed potatoes, and they were delivered. They were good. By the time my boys’ burgers were delivered, my eldest was full from the fries settling, but was able to take a few bites of his burger and said it was really good and wanted to take it home. Meanwhile, I noticed a man who was dressed in a button-down shirt several times interacting with others who even stood looking in our direction. I thought to myself that he was probably the manager, and it was odd that he didn’t come to greet us and make sure that our food was properly made. I heard a woman from the general direction of the kitchen loudly say that she didn’t “understand how you can taste the lettuce.” When I got up to the counter to pay, the man in the button-down shirt walked in and asked me if my food turned out good, to which I replied, “yes”. At that point, it did not appear that further complaining would produce a satisfactory dining experience. The cashier, Savannah, was distracted, and it showed by her repetitively turning away and darting her head to look over her shoulders. I asked her if the guy in the button-down dress shirt was the manager. She told me she “didn’t know of any guy in a button-down dress shirt.” He had said something to her before walking back into the dining area, so I was confused about how she didn’t know who I was referring to. She was still displaying distraction and preoccupation by turning and looking over her shoulders – both ways as her coworkers would pass. I stated, “The man who asked me if my food turned out good.” She then replied, “Oh yeah, well, he’s one of the managers.” I asked his name, and she said it’s Brandon. I am hoping corporate also sees this review because this experience was even worse than the last.

Overall food was good. Service was decent. I just wish the country fried steak and the country fried turkey had more gravy and I didn’t have to ask for it. By the time they brought it out, My steak was cold and the portions were fine except my hash brown casserole. My 4-year-old’s kid plate had a bigger portion than My hash brown casserole but That’s why I gave it four stars and not five. Overall the food was still good. I just know next time to ask for extra gravy up front

Great service! Good food. Came out fast even though they were really busy. I ordered Grandma’s Sampler. My wife ordered the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken. I joined the rewards club and got a free order of Biscuit Beignets. Everything was delicious! We haven’t been to this chain since they changed the menu. I believe it is even better than before. I would highly recommend this location!

Very good food – I wish the service was a little more attentive.
We were headed south and stopped here for breakfast once we got through Atlanta. It’s a little hard to find if you’re not using the Google but easy access back on the interstate going south.
The food is just as good as I expected and it’s one of the reasons we stop at CB on our roadtrips. They weren’t busy and our server was friendly but she kind of forgot about us while we were waiting on the food to come out. Luckily my wife stopped another server and got a refill on her coffee.
All in all a very good experience.

Service was a little slow for a Monday morning imo. All the casserole hashbrowns apparently have onions in them. The tomatoes were not ripe. All in all I’d say it was okay.

This CB is always tremendous with their service. I never have any issues with the food, and the staff is very kind and professional. The wait times are quite long, but this is a result of the location being right on Highway 34. If you want a table with multiple people, expect to wait 30-60 minutes. Other than that, great location!

One of the best Cracker Barrel’s we’ve visited and we’ve been to many. Only negative was that there wasn’t ample RV parking but we found room in the adjacent mall parking lot easily. We always love browsing the store and the food is always delicious! We all enjoyed our meals and the waiter was very kind and helpful.
