The people have always been super friendly when I’ve come here! I really like their new pizza muffin things. I still take credit for inventing these when I was a little kid, but hey lol. I liked their new funky hats they were wearing the other day! They have a fun game for kids that takes a quarter to get a bouncy ball inside the store.

Pizza is usually good. But we ordered few days ago. Pizza and crazy bread both were under cooked. Tried calling but phone always busy so I called customer service was told I would get a call from owner still waiting. I will order some where else next time

I normally have great pizza but called in a pretzel bread stuffed crust cheese pizza and received a regular pretzel crust with cheese sauce. I wasn’t asked if I would like that or marinara and it was so loud when I called I couldn’t hear anything. I sent my brother in and he didn’t grab a receipt or I would’ve went back and had it remade.

Little Caesars in Chester is the worst place to order from. How many times are y’all gonna mess up peoples order?? Super slow. They don’t even acknowledge you are there for about 2-3 minutes. No hospitality however the food is usually fresh and good. Best to call ahead.

Obviously Little Caesar’s is great in a pinch. However, I visited this location several times where I’ve had to wait for the “ready” pizzas. A friend offered up advice to download the app and order ahead to avoid waiting…for the hot & ready pizzas. So all the wiser there, but this last visit was my 1st visit since that advice, and these were my garlic parmesan wings/soup. This was about a week ago, and when I rated the app and filled out a survey about my concerns and volunteered to be contacted about my experience, I never heard from any reps. It’s not the worst, but it’s definitely not the best…nor does it offer the convenience it should.
