The pepperoni was thicker then my slice of pizza. Very disappointing, I belive a refund is necessary for the 2 pizzas i got at 830ish tonight in drive thru

Ordered two extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas and paid $20. The pizza was overcooked and did not have “extra” cheese. When I called, the manager Evelyn told me she has worked there for a year and there was extra cheese and it may have been over cooked, but the order was right and basically told me I was wrong. She said I could bring the pizza back and “If” it was wrong she would remake them. Instead of apologizing for the overcooked pizza and offering to make it right. It was the worse service and pizza I’ve had there. I run a store myself and I would never speak to a paying customer like that. At this point, the pizza is the on the low end of my concerns, the treatment from the “management” speaks volumes on how that store is ran and how they view their customers. If you want your monies worth and to get what you ordered, with great service, I don’t recommend going here. They will just argue with you and tell you your wrong when you are dissatisfied with the order you paid for. Waste of time and money.

My Husband made an online order for dinner(189). I picked it up on my way home from work. I gave my Husbands name and Employee made a big stink about needing the confirmation number. I walked to my car and got my phone & gave her the number She gave me the food and I left.
When I arrived home, my Husband asked where’s the crazy bread.. I explained she gave me a pizza and a cup of sauce.
I called the store and the Manager suggested that I was lying about the cheesy bread and needs to check the cameras to make sure.
I said, you do just that, I’m on my way back over there so hopefully I won’t have to wait. He argued that I’m raising my voice and if I come back to the location, he will call the Police and have me trespassed from the location. He then hung up in my face and refused to answer when I called back (3 times).. so they have MY money.. but are also threatening me over some crazy bread.
In addition, the pizza was WRONG and dry. I WILL be contacting the Corporate Office and sharing my HORRIBLE experience on all of my Social Media platforms! Extremely disappointed and we WON’T be returning. SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE and go across the street to Papa Johns! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! No where on this ticket does it say to put toppings on only one side.

Every time I think I should give this place another chance I am always disappointed. The pizza is either half raw, over cooked, super old, or too thin compared to their standard. Today I got a pizza and didn’t check until I got home and today I was the lucky winner of a pizza that was probably under the heat lamp since 12 this after noon. Absolutely disgusting and probably against DHEC regulations. I took two slices hoping they would be edible, but they were not. Straight in the trash. What a waste of money.

Tonight I have to give a 1 rating. We went through drive thru around 6:10-6:15 and ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy combo. When we got home, which is a 15 minute drive in this traffic, got comfortable and opened the box, we had been given a pizza that looks as if the staff were planning to eat it. Slices were already pulled apart. The pizza looks like a mistake. I drove 15 minutes back to the store (7:10 pm) and asked for a manager. I told him that pizza should never have been given to me(2nd picture)and I didn’t appreciate having to drive 15 minutes back to return it. He did not even try to make it right or apologize. I should have been offered a refund or a free drink, even a cup of pizza sauce would have been better than not caring. We are home again, this time they gave me a fresh pizza(picture 1). Check your box.

I paid $5.36 for a $4.31 order. I received my $1.04 change and the “extra penny”(the cashier’s words) I paid…..instead of the nickel I was looking to get back since I didn’t have one to pay exact change. Instead I got an argument from the cashier and the manager when I brought the mistake to their attention. I guess basic math skills are no longer necessary for a cashiering position!

Horrible experience. Clearly stated what I needed, got a direct response from the cashier confirming this. When the order came up it was incorrect. The cashier proceeded to argue with me about how I should have said it, and when I persisted, she forcibly threw the pizza on the floor behind the counter and stormed to the back to remake it. When she delivered the remake, it was thrown on the counter with no words. Unbelievable. No customer service here!!

I ordered delivery from this store and the driver only brought one of our three pizzas. The driver gave me attitude, but said she would go back and get them. After 15 minutes I called the to see if she had picked them up. The girl that answered said no, but to give it 30 more and call back. After an hour of waiting on the driver to bring it back, I called the store and the girl I spoke to this time had no idea what I was talking about. She told me that our pizzas weren’t there. I had to strongly convince her to check and of course our pizzas were still there. She then stated that I would just have to come get them. I explained that I paid for delivery and I shouldn’t have to come pick them up. Her reply: You can come get them. This is the second time we have only received a partial delivery from this location and the second time they would not make it right.
