Very rude, unprofessional and nasty attitudes…. I would give 0 stars if it let me. Management is very rude and embarrassing. I got yelled at by one of the managers today because I forgot to move my funds out of my savings account to pay for my pizzas. She yelled at me in front of other customers and said “YOUR CARD DECLINED give me my pizzas back!!!” And when my payment went through she shoved the pizzas and my card at me. I was so embarrassed. This wasn’t the 1st bad experience I had here, but by far the worst….

Paid for 4 sauces got 0. Spent over $65 on a delivery to feed 8, 6 of those being children. Called to advise of this and told them my husband would pick it but because their GM Gavin is a child and completely unprofessional, I got a refund. I did NOT order thru door dash but because they contract out with door dash they pass the buck and expect u to call them, then door dash. … I had 6 kids who could see pizza boxes and were waiting on their lunch… I didn’t have time for that. I don’t work for little Caesars and that is who I ordered from. Why should I have to take time out of my busy day to correct lil Cesar’s mistake ?? But when I told him that I didn’t have time , I would just send my husband to pick up the sauces we PAID for (door dash won’t send them, they just refund) he hung up on me. That level of unprofessionalism from a GM of all ppl is completely confounding. Don’t expect absolutely any level of customer service from ANY staff there since ppl learn by example and they have a GM who has obviously NEVER had any level of customer service training. Sad how desperate lil Cesar’s must b for employees.

Showed up – saw Cash Only sign at 8:40PM. Went to get cash and came back at 8:52PM. Was told inside store was closed and I had to use drive through by an employee at the door with the door open. Great customer service 🙁 he couldn’t take my cash and get change and a pizza? I won’t be going back.

Been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting for my order. Sounds like a high school class going on back there. I worked pizza places before. It takes 7-8 minutes to make a pizza. I ordered 15 minutes before I got here.

I call and they don’t answer, then I pull up at 9:20, they close at 10 but they tell me I can’t place an order. On another occasion I pull with a $50 bill, my total was $26. They tell me I they can accept my payment. Everytime I come here it’s a problem. I do not recommend this lil Caesar’s at all.
