Friday, 2/27/26 5:50 pm. Young man 18-19 years old was at the register yelling/arguing with someone in the back. Then turn on a LOUD Bluetooth speaker. N-word, B-word, F-word, Sh-word filled the lobby. He has no business on the front dealing with your customers. I do not allow that language or behavior in the kitchen I work in, and I don’t want it when I stop by there after work. Fix this. St James Ave is right down the street. Chris, Summerville SC.

Ordered online and one pizza ordered extra sauce. Got there to pick up and the boy was not friendly and looked like he hasn’t washed in days. Also the pizza with extra sauce barely had damn sauce! What a joke man!!!

The heavy set guy with the curly hair was very rude he yelled at me to tell me my order was gone be 35 mins.he was rude and had a bad attitude…he also carried an ordor with him…when paying he threw my card and money on the counter and said pick it up…i told the manager an older elderly ladie with grey short hair who did nothing about it….when i got home my pizza wasnt cut properly and they smashed some of it on the corner with the pizza box…the customer service sucks here….the management team is no better and the prepatation for the food was horrible i deserve a remake.

Placed delivery order and took over 2 hours for my order to arrive. And when I called the restaurant, the worker was very rude when I asked when it would be delivered, it sounded like he was unstable and about to cry from being frustrated. Wouldn’t recommend

If you ever go to this location and actually receive your order at the drive-through hot and now it will be amazing. I have never gone to this location when I didn’t have to wait 15 minutes for my hot and NOW order.!!! and they are absolutely unapologetic about it. The manager seemed to be telling me that they try to make it hot and now but sometimes some things just happen and they can’t have it ready right then / ever !!! And really hot now is kind of just a suggestion . they didn’t have breadsticks and they didn’t have wings not one order when I questioned the manager he said yeah it’s only hot now if we have some ready at the time and we try but it happens… I don’t really recommend this location.. I really love their wings, but I can get them somewhere else

Ordered a pizza @ 6:26 pm. Was told 25 to 30 mins. I walked inside at 6:46 to inquire about my pizza. Kaitlyn who was my cashier went to inquire about my pizza which had not even made it into the oven yet. It takes 2 mins to prep a pizza 6-9 mins to cook it. The young manager who was called to give me a refund even after he was reminded customer can SEE & HEAR what’s going on behind the counter said 4 or 5 times we are within the wait time given. It you can have the pizza prepped and horse play in the kitchen rather than putting my pizza in the oven you do not deserve my business. The funny think is the crazy puffs were ready and waiting while the pizza did not even go into the oven until I inquired about it..

Just wanted to say thank you for letting me win an argument with my wife. I said we would never give this location any more of our income because they cannot seem to get any delivery orders right. She said surely they will this time so I begrudgingly obliged. Guess what!? They left the sauce off of both of our crazy bread orders. Thanks for the dry cold bread. And to boot, Uber allowed the driver to pick up multiple deliveries before ours so not only was it missing items, the pizza was ice cold. Money well spent…never again. Simply embarrassing.

The pizza is fine and the same as is has always been. The employees working were not very helpful and pretty rude towards us and the other customers that came in while we were waiting for our order. The employees seemed more interested in fooling around than actually working. Thought about making a comment to the manager on duty but then he walked up and joined in fooling around with the other employees.
