Placed an order online around 6pm and show up to a locked door, after knocking we were told they were short staffed which I understand but at least put a sign on the door. Told me to go through the drive thru, sat it that line for 25 minutes to be told my orders not ready yet and they don’t know when it will be ready that we can wait or cancel. The website makes it impossible to cancel. Very unprofessional.

Great experience because of a excellent staff member named, Deja. She was on top of everything. From her warm pretty smile, to great customer service & quickly completing the order. I placed an order on doordash 35 minutes before closing, and apparently that was too much work for the crew. They took my order, let me wait an entire hour, and never even made the pizza. Impressive! If you’re not going to actually cook the food people pay for, maybe close your store early instead of pretending to still be open. Nothing like wasting my time and money just to get no pizza at all. Thanks for the unforgettable experience — I’ll make sure to remember it every time I don’t order from Little Caesars again. Fire the crew.

Placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive-through. Got there a little early and the lady said it was in the oven. Couple minutes later a guy pops his head out and hands me a cold pizza that had obviously been sitting there forever.

Pizza as promised… Hot and ready! Couldnt ask for more when buying a $5.99 pizza! Convenient drive through. Boxes now also have a safety seal with their promise of not touching the pizza post cooking.

The manager was friendly. The hot and ready pizza was not ready, but after waiting on it, it was very hot. My cheese pizza ended up being a little overcooked and the extra most bestest Pizza that they have advertised ended up being a regular pepperoni pizza with the same amount of pepperoni and the same amount of cheese as any other Pizza. That was a major let down. The breadsticks were delicious though.
