Sooooo…. We ordered at 5:30PM got our pizza at 6:46PM RIDICULOUS! we ordered 5 pizzas, cheese sticks and bread sticks, said it should take about 30 to 35 min. Ok busy makes a difference and is understandable. However, chit chatting and hanging out, not knowing if your order has been started or how long it approximately has when you ask after 45 min is upsetting. It’s obvious they aren’t watching online orders. The service is terribly SLOW and not friendly.

They have changed there sauce…not good. Ordered a Supreme & A beef with extra beef….No cheese on it at all and the sauce was like it was painted on with a brush. So thin it didn’t even hold the meat. So disappointed ….use to be good.

We have never had issues with this pizza place. However with the new staff it became awful. On July 4th 2024 I called in to order my pizza, a boy took my order over the phone. When we came to pick up they said they didn’t have our order placed and had us place a new order and wait extra 20 minutes. To which I said maybe because of inconvenience they should give us a discount, to which a girl at the register started laughing at me in front of the customer, so as the boy in the back. At that point we didn’t mind waiting, but we did wanted to let them know that they messed up, and there were no reason to be laughing at us especially in front of customers. They were very unprofessional so maybe Little Caesars should do a better training for your staff when you hire them. Also at the end when the boy gave us pizza he purposely said my husbands name wrong to which a girl at the register started laughing. To which we said that maybe he needs to go back to school and learn how to read. Honestly I was very upset about this whole encounter and will not use this pizza place anymore, because of how unprofessional they are. Wouldn’t recommend to others either. They need to do better than that.
